April 17

12:49 a.m., trespassing, Cage, subject’s dogs barking and heard persons talking, neighbor advised vehicle did speed off, officer to watch the area.

5:26 a.m., trespassing, Cage, subject advised someone in attic, suspect left prior to officer arrival, unable to locate anyone in area.

8:14 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject advised needing an officer but would not give reason.

8:22 a.m., false report, Cage, subject using 911 in an abusive manner.

12:34 p.m., public assist, N. Pacific at Cage, 18 wheeler clipped wire, cable company on scene.

12:42 p.m., civil matter, Cage, notices given to tenants for code violations.

5:04 p.m., information, CR 2220 at Loop 564, subject wanted on Wood County warrant, medical issues to take precedence over warrant, suspect denied medical treatment multiple times.

7:03 p.m., alarm, S. Pacific, false alarm.

April 18

1:08 a.m., alarm, S. Pacific, building and perimeter clear.

1:16 a.m., assist other agency, Sycamore, lift assist for EMS.

7:20 a.m., assist other agency, CR 2840, assist fire department, visible smoke reported.

9:13 a.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at Loop 564, unable to maintain lane, driver located and arrested for public intoxication.

10:56 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, driving at low speed, vehicle located, unoccupied.

11:45 a.m., welfare concern, W. Broad, subject fell, possibly intoxicated, got in vehicle and left, unable to locate.

12:08 p.m., disturbance, Cage, threat reported, subject left area.

12:10 p.m., welfare concern, W. Broad, abandoned 911 call, business closed and no one on scene.

1:00 p.m., welfare concern, Walnut, female subject missing, located and brought to police station, picked up by family member.

3:21 p.m., city ordinance violation, Wood, neighbor shooting soda cans from fence, unable to make contact with subject.

4:51 p.m., disturbance, E. Front, train conductor requesting officer for female causing disturbance, subject got off train, no offense occurred.

5:13 p.m., terroristic threat, W. Kilpatrick, threatening text message.

6:31 p.m., public assist, E. Broad, items left at location for Hwy. 80 garage sale and subject has not returned.

7:00 p.m., civil matter, Bromberg, subject spoke with officer.

7:12 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, S. Pacific at city limits, Justin Derrick Rodgers arrested.

10:14 p.m., alarm, N. Pacific, building secure.

10:23 p.m., assist other agency, NW Loop 564, fire alarm, nothing found.

11:00 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 200 blk W. Broad, Jaiden Audrie Hill arrested.

April 19

2:41 a.m., alarm, W. Broad, building secure.

10:22 a.m., burglary, Walnut, suspect had broken windows and scattered paperwork in front yard.

10:27 a.m., theft, Country Club, suspect will not return vehicle, referred to justice court for civil matter.

12:19 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk NE Loop 564, parking lot, two vehicles.

1:45 p.m., reckless driver, 1900 blk W. Broad, unable to maintain lane, no offense observed.

4:02 p.m., disturbance, Cage, subject repairing roof reports suspect yelling and making threats.

4:32 p.m., assist other agency, N. Newsom, medical and fire on scene, subject transported to Quitman hospital.

4:48 p.m., welfare concern, S. Johnson at W. Broad, subjects riding bikes, young boy riding in street.

5:30 p.m., harassment, W. Broad, no offense occurred.

6:21 p.m., disturbance, 100 blk NE Loop 564, subject reported girlfriend assaulted him, verbal only and parties separated.

7:37 p.m., welfare concern, Inwood, medical emergency information from social media post, subject transported to hospital prior to officer arrival.

9:57 p.m., unknown offense, 500 blk Peachtree, loud noise reported, subject Amy Hayes had county warrant and arrested.

10:15 p.m., unsecured area, W. Broad, open door, owner was on scene.

10:57 p.m., suspicious person, 100 blk NE Loop 564, subject stumbling around in parking lot, unable to locate.

11:23 p.m., unknown offense, 100 blk NE Loop 564, vehicle in middle of drive with hazard lights on, vehicle unoccupied, no criminal offense.

April 20

12:05 a.m., assist other agency, Wigley, Child Protective Services contacted, child appeared to be in good health.

1:30 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject advised being followed, officers to patrol area.

3:01 a.m., welfare concern, W. Kilpatrick at Line, two subjects reported loud noise, unable to locate anything.

10:30 a.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, party has not heard from friend, contact made and message delivered.

11:27 a.m., information, Hogg at W. Patten, mobile home being moved is blocking street, officer advised street no longer blocked.

12:17 p.m., theft, Francis, several items missing from property.

3:44 p.m., information, Nuss, subjects wants to speak to officer about driving golf cart, advised not allowed on city streets.

4:15 p.m., fraud, Sycamore.

5:26 p.m., civil matter, 300 blk Greenville, party returning vehicle to subject.

6:02 p.m., welfare concern, Landers, two children running into street with no adults around, officer advised the only children located do have adult supervision.

6:50 p.m., assist other agency,  Wood, medical and fire paged, justice of the peace on scene, funeral home contacted.

8:44 p.m., city ordinance violation, N. Pacific at E. Patten, three reports of gunshots in area, unable to locate.

10:43 p.m., city ordinance violation, E. Broad, loud music, subjects are leaving area.

April 21

3:06 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject requested directed patrol of residence.

3:18 a.m., abandoned 911 call, 300 blk Greenville, number is from subject of prior call, subject reported driving around town yelling at people, subject stopped and advised to go home.

9:09 a.m., terroristic threat, Wigley, subject came to residence implying purchase of drugs, when told ‘no’ left in vehicle running stop sign and striking reporting party’s vehicle, directed patrol issued.

10:39 a.m., welfare concern, Sue Lane, unauthorized items ordered online and sent to residence, directed patrol issued.

3:07 p.m., assist other agency, N. Hwy. 69 at CR 2220, assist Rains County with pursuit.

3:50 p.m., burglary, 600 blk W. Broad.

6:00 p.m., welfare concern, Cage, 911 hangup, verbal disturbance, parties separated.

6:36 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Meredith at Guy, subject in vehicle meeting other vehicles and passing items, unable to locate.

7:01 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, seeking information about Texas Workforce Commission.

9:43 p.m., theft, S. Pacific, theft occurred outside city and referred to sheriff’s office.

9:59 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject reported being followed.

April 22

12:03 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject wanted to submit a written report.

1:44 a.m., disorderly conduct, Cage, loud music, officer advised music turned down and unable to locate subjects allegedly threatening party.

2:51 a.m., animal control, Cage, party reported someone let her cat out while she was at a neighbor’s.

7:28 a.m., alarm, 300 blk Greenville, false alarm.

7:47 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject thinks someone is following her.

8:56 a.m., theft, N. Pacific, air machine broken into.

10:09 a.m., reckless driver, E. Broad, vehicle driving erratically, pulling into parking lots, doing doughnuts, taking photos and honking horn (three calls). One party requested the subject be criminally trespassed, subject advised to go home.

10:23 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, unable to maintain lane, sheriff’s office advised.

10:46 a.m., disturbance, Cage, subject outside yelling, advised was asked not to be doing this.

12:30 p.m., assist other agency, McDaniel, checking on ill subject, transported by EMS.

12:33 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 1200 blk N. Pacific, two vehicles.

1:39 p.m., welfare concern, 1800 blk CR 2724, vehicle parked at nature preserve, contact made with owner who is leaving.

3:40 p.m., welfare concern, E. Broad, checking on family member, contacted and is fine.

4:23 p.m., reckless driver, W. Broad at city limits, speeding 100 miles per hour, vehicle observed at business.

4:51 p.m., fraud, 300 blk Greenville, money taken from bank account, contacted police department in city where money was transferred.

5:50 p.m., disturbance, Graham, family member making threats and breaking things, officer advised no offense occurred, one subject to go outside and situation calm.

6:14 p.m., assist other agency, W. Hwy. 80, backup deputy on alarm call.

7:45 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, subject covering over ring camera, officer advised subject removed sticky notes from camera and back on own property.

8:37 p.m., disorderly conduct, Cage, loud music, music turned down.

8:16 p.m., theft, 100 blk NE Loop 564, left wallet at store, wallet and money was returned.

10:00 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, spoke to Adult Protective Services regarding subject.

10:24 p.m., assist other agency, W. Blair, attempt to serve warrant, not a good address.

April 23

1:28 a.m., vehicle stop-arrest, 600 blk E. Broad, consent to search given, contraband found, arrested Rogelio Saul Martinez.

1:55 a.m., suspicious persons, E. Broad, subjects left property.

6:25 a.m., alarm, E. Broad, canceled.

9:24 a.m., trespassing, Cage, trespass form signed.

9:33 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, accidentally set off.

9:56 a.m., trespassing, E. Broad, turned in as reckless driver call, subject previously trespassed from property, arrested.

11:47 a.m., suspicious persons, NE Loop 564, male and two females videoed employees and vehicles in parking lot, also getting phone calls from a person yelling.

2:55 p.m., reckless driver, E. Loop 564 at E. Broad, 18 wheeler all over the road, unable to locate.

4:33 p.m., suspicious person, Greenville, civil issue and subject left the property.

5:06 p.m., information, W. Broad, unable to locate, believed to be an abandoned business.

5:54 p.m., Sue, public assist, delivering “Back the Blue” sign.
