2:03 a.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, subject appears intoxicated, unable to locate.

5:09 a.m., reckless driver, N. Hwy. 69 at Loop 564, tailgating, unable to locate.

9:34 a.m, motor vehicle accident, 100 blk E. Broad, two vehicles, no injuries.

11:11 a.m., theft, W. McDonald, items taken from yard, arrested Melissa Champang Seay for theft, property returned.

12:19 p.m., city ordinance violation, Sycamore at Giles, burning trash, unable to locate.

12:33 p.m., disturbance, Bromberg, male and female yelling, parties left location.

3:27 p.m., motor vehicle accident, E. McDonald at Graham, subject on bicycle hit by vehicle, 

3:52 p.m., disturbance, University, male and female yelling, no offense occurred.

4:37 p.m., trespassing, Wren, no one at location.

4:51 p.m., escort, plane for Christmas parade.

5:13 p.m., suspicious person, E. Broad, subject hit concrete barrier with vehicle and walked away, unable to locate driver.

8:47 p.m., information, McDaniel, item missing from delivered package.

9:12 p.m., reckless driver, 600 blk E. Hwy. 80, wrong side of road, unable to locate.

9:21 p.m., reckless driver, 300 blk Greenville, tried to pass bus on shoulder, unable to locate.

10:15 p.m., unsecured area, N. Pacific, officer found unlocked door, set off alarm clearing building.

10:46 p.m., unsecured area, E. Commerce, unlocked door, owner on scene.

11:35 p.m., unknown offense, N. Pacific, couple in parking lot fighting, no offense occurred.

December 5

12:15 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 2200 blk W. Hwy. 80, subject advised vehicle was sideswiped, followed offending party and got them stopped, sheriff’s office taking over scene.

2:27 a.m., theft, N. Newsom, subject advised did not know he could not take items from trash receptacle.

10:56 a.m., civil matter, 300 blk Greenville, subject called to request someone be removed from property, would not give further info, later called back and said party left and officer not needed.

12:14 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, items taken from store.

2:11 p.m., suspicious person, E. Broad, subjects trying to get juvenile in vehicle, officer advised juvenile is with parents.

6:48 p.m., assist other agency, N. Hwy. 69, large piece of metal in roadway, unable to locate.

6:56 p.m., suspicious vehicle, Dubose at University, vehicle sitting for about 30 minutes, was family member’s house. 

December 6

1:37 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, area locked and secure.

11:47 a.m., motorist assist, 400 blk NE Loop 564.

1:11 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific at Molly, two vehicles, with injuries.

2:14 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, vehicle passing on shoulder, unable to locate.

2:40 p.m., civil matter, referred to justice of the peace.

3:03 p.m., motor vehicle accident,1200 blk N. Pacific, hit and run.

3:09 p.m., fraud, Meredith, scam.

6:15 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, female laying on ground, unable to locate.

11:28 p.m., assist other agency, 100 blk E. Front, assist sheriff’s deputy with traffic stop.

December 7

6:04 a.m., alarm, W. Loop 564, employee.

10:41 a.m., alarm, S. Pacific, store being remodeled.

11:25 a.m., welfare concern, Stone, subject contacted Smith County, no criminal activity found.

11:45 a.m., motorist assist, N. Pacific at E. Broad, vehicle broken down.

12:27 p.m., assist other agency, Wren, assist fire and EMS.

12:49 p.m., motor vehicle accident, Loop 564, two vehicles, with injuries.

4:23 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at city limits, motorcycle cutting people off and won’t let truck pass, unable to locate.

4:54 p.m., criminal mischief, N. Pacific, worked out between the business and parents of boys responsible.

4:59 p.m., public assist, 300 blk Pegues, request assistance looking for missing brother, subject returned.

5:08 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at city limits, vehicle all over the road, arrested Dean Scott Bennett of Rowlett for driving while intoxicated and unlawfully carrying a weapon.

6:32 p.m., civil matter, Evans, trash and limbs thrown on property, parties will settle matter.

December 8

1:22 a.m., alarm, Greenville, resident pulled fire alarm.

6:39 a.m., assault, Gerald, juvenile probation contacted.

7:45 a.m., criminal mischief, Wren, subject ran into fence.

9:15 a.m., inquest, W. Kilpatrick, unresponsive female, funeral home contacted.

10:26 a.m., assault, N. Newsom.

December 9

1:23 a.m., N. Pacific, building secure.

3:21 a.m., unknown offense, 300 blk Greenville, party known to make numerous calls, refused to answer questions.

6:10 a.m., motor vehicle accident, S. Pacific at city limits, hit and run, unable to locate suspect vehicle.

8:02 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 1800 blk S. Pacific, minor, reporting party believes is a road rage incident.

8:41 a.m., theft, 100 blk NE Loop 564, incident from Dec. 6.

9:03 a.m., theft, 100 blk NE Loop 564, cash scam from Dec. 6.

9:06 a.m., forgery, 100 blk NE Loop 564.

1:03 p.m., assist other agency, 1900 blk W. Broad, semi with locked up trailer brakes accidentally setting fires, vehicle pulled off roadway.

1:06 p.m., assist other agency, Greenville at loop, assist fire and EMS with motor vehicle accident.

2:09 p.m., welfare concern, 300 blk Greenville, mother with questions concerning 17-year-old daughter.

3:15 p.m., public assist, Giles at Sycamore, wires hanging near roadway.

4:32 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, minor.

7:32 p.m., disturbance, N. Pacific, several subjects having argument, left property before officer arrival.

7:38 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject continues to hang up.

December 10

12:55 a.m., alarm, N. Pacific, everything locked and secured.

9:46 a.m., drug offense, 100 blk NE Loop 564, subjects believed to be smoking marijuana in vehicle, unable to locate.

10:15 a.m., warrant service, W. Patten, arrested Nathaniel Hurtzig.

1:19 p.m., reckless driver, 1800 blk S. Pacific, officer did not observe the vehicle doing anything wrong.

4:35 p.m., suspicious persons, 100 blk NE Loop 564, under age children alone in vehicle, mother returned and left without buckling up children, unable to locate.

6:06 p.m., alarm, W. Loop 564, should be employees on site.

6:13 p.m., welfare concern, Debby, subject reported possibly intoxicated, officer reported subject not intoxicated.

6:31 p.m., missing person, E. Broad, child located.

7:37 p.m., alarm, N. Pacific, building is secure.

8:01 p.m., unknown offense, 700 blk Goodson Cir., alleged victim no longer cooperative.

9:23 p.m., suspicious vehicles, N. Pacific, just two people meeting.

11:57 pm., vehicle stop/arrest, 800 blk N. Newsom, arrested Cary Hall for driving while intoxicated and unlawfully carrying a weapon.
