12:06 a.m., unknown offense, 1800 blk N. Pacific, loud music from apartment, asked to turn down, officers advised everything OK.
6:44 a.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Pacific, vehicle with door open, William Brent Pierce of Lindale arrested for possession of marijuana and possession with intent to deliver substance in Penalty Group 3.
12:06 p.m., assist other agency, N. Hwy. 69 at Loop 564, Rains County pursuit.
2:22 p.m., criminal mischief, Pegues, window broken at home being remodeled, directed patrol requested.
2:45 p.m., theft, Greenville, not a criminal matter.
6:03 p.m., suspicious person, E. Front, disruptive subject on train, subject exited train at staff request.
6:59 p.m., civil matter, E. Broad, civil matter over musical equipment.
9:12 p.m., information, S. Pacific, extra patrol requested.
10:16 p.m., suspicious vehicle, E. Broad, subject picking up item.
10:31 p.m., city ordinance violation, Peachtree at McDonald, fireworks or gunshots, fireworks outside the loop.
11:15 p.m., city ordinance violation, N. Newsom, fireworks or gunshots, unable to locate.
11:40 p.m., unknown offense, S. Line, subject on patio yelling obscenities.
January 9
12:50 a.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 2200 blk N. Pacific, John Robert Walton III arrested for driving while intoxicated.
3:52 a.m., assist other agency, 3500 blk W. Hwy. 80, assist sheriff’s office with one-vehicle rollover.
4:55 a.m., public assist, Kevin, 911 hang up, parties separated from family dispute.
11:05 a.m., civil matter, 1200 Bromberg, dead bolt broken.
11:32 a.m., suspicious persons, 100 blk NE Loop 564, two subjects sitting in older vehicle possibly targeting customers exiting store, unable to locate.
2:58 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, speeding, vehicle pulled into business, unoccupied upon officer arrival.
3:00 p.m., terroristic threat, 300 blk Greenville, party advised of indirect threat by ex-boyfriend, officer advised no threat was made.
3:36 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, passing and tailgating, unable to locate.
6:43 p.m., information, Edwards, ex-friend keeps driving by house.
9:16 p.m., suspicious person, 100 blk Autumn Wind, someone knocking on window, unable to locate.
9:23 p.m., runaway, Pegues, subject’s brother missing, checked numerous locations and unable to locate.
January 10
12:42 a.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Broad, unoccupied.
1:55 a.m., alarm, E. Broad, building secure.
3:13 a.m., alarm, W. Broad, building found locked.
7:09 a.m., alarm, 200 blk E. Broad, building locked and secure.
7:47 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, subject wants information about DWI process.
8:43 a.m., assault, Pegues, subject reported as runaway returned home, juvenile probation and EMS contacted, transported to hospital for evaluation.
9:10 a.m., suspicious vehicle, W. Broad, vehicle in parking lot with two flat tires, vehicle had been turned in to lien holder.
1:03 p.m., public assist, E. Broad at N. Pacific, traffic signals out.
2:18 p.m., welfare concern, Graves, 911 call open, subject having phone issues.
3:15 p.m., welfare concern, W. Broad, subject issued criminal trespass warning.
4:39 p.m., found property, N. Newsom, item is only trash.
5:13 p.m., fraud, E. Broad, subject in store trying to use credit card that is declined, no offense occurred.
5:21 p.m., suspicious person, University, someone on roof, juveniles released to parents.
5:57 p.m., suspicious vehicles, S. Pacific, vehicles blocking alley, owner unloading items.
6:08 p.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, question about prior fraud situation.
6:34 p.m., motor vehicle accident, E. Front, party reported vehicle was hit.
10:12 p.m., runaway, Pegues, juvenile left, entered into system as missing.
January 11
10:00 a.m., assist other agency, E. Broad at Loop 564, reckless driver, unable to locate.
11:29 a.m., information, 300 blk Greenville, hit and run, unknown time or location.
12:59 p.m., terroristic threat, Brenda, suspect sent threatening text messages and placed block behind vehicle, no contact made with suspect.
2:16 p.m., information, Kevin, officer spoke to subject about throwing son’s property out, advised to contact justice of the peace about eviction.
2:45 p.m., information, W. Patten, juvenile assault at school.
4:12 p.m., terroristic threat, Brenda, subject from prior call requests criminal trespass warning.
5:42 p.m., trespassing, Brenda, suspect from prior call issued warning.
6:03 p.m., information, Brenda, subject advised to cease all communication with suspect from prior call.
6:09 p.m., disturbance, Wells/McWhorter, fight reported at location, unable to locate.
6:38 p.m., information, E. Broad, subject thinks someone keyed vehicle after officers left from prior call.
6:58 p.m., alarm, W. Broad, building locked and secure.
9:00 p.m., welfare concern, Bromberg, machinery running at nearby business, officer advised could not hear anything.
9:27 p.m., city ordinance violation, Good at N. Newsom, dogs barking, advised residents of ordinance.
10:51 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at city limits, vehicle on wrong side of road, vehicle found driving on correct side of road and observed no violations.
11:52 p.m., assist other agency, E. Broad at Loop 564, vehicle towed.
January 12
4:14 a.m., robbery, N. Pacific, subject walked into store.
8:12 a.m., subject stopped, N. Johnson at E. McDonald, male walking on wrong side of road.
8:19 a.m., subject stopped, E. Broad at Mimosa, male.
10:02 a.m., trespassing, N. Pacific, man loitering in laundromat, issued criminal trespass warning.
10:10 a.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at Loop 564, high speed with flashers on, passing on shoulder, southbound, Lindale police notified.
12:53 p.m., criminal mischief, E. Broad, vehicle keyed.
1:20 p.m., motorist assist, N. Pacific at Loop 564, vehicle broken down in turning lane, tow truck contacted.
1:23 p.m., alarm, S. Pacific, accidental.
4:22 p.m., harassment, N. Johnson, subject asked to document when male suspect drives by home.
5:21 p.m., welfare concern, W. Front, male with bedroll, unable to locate.
5:23 p.m., welfare concern, W. Kilpatrick, door unlocked, all doors locked and secure.
5:35 p.m., information, N. Johnson, subject asked legal question.
9:07 p.m., runaway, Pegues, juvenile back at residence, CPS contacted.
January 13
12:55 a.m., disturbance, Pegues, juvenile swearing at subject, parties separated, CPS contacted.
1:26 a.m., city ordinance violation, Padgett, loud music, no loud music located and lights out.
5:51 a.m., information, N. Pacific, damage to gas pump, subject pulled away with gas nozzle still in vehicle, insurance information exchanged.
8:52 a.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564, vehicle in parking lot for over two weeks, driver contacted and everything OK.
3:25 p.m., theft, W. Broad, sign stolen.
9:39 p.m., reckless driver, Cherokee, also females in vehicle screaming, possible vehicle stopped and warning issued.
Officers also conducted 63 traffic stops and 13 animal control calls.
