June 18
12:07 a.m., vehicle stop/arrest, Hwy. 37 at CR 2444, arrested Devan Delaney Peckham for driving while intoxicated.
3:41 a.m., assist other agency, Mimosa, transformer on utility pole on fire, power line blew.
4:30 a.m., information, S. McWhorter at Hart, transformer making popping sound, SWEPCO advised is related to other issue.
5:19 a.m., assist other agency, Debby, fire alarm, false alarm.
12:19 p.m., unknown offense, N. Line, subject did not want to go with EMS.
1:07 p.m., reckless driver, S. Johnson at Commerce, subject following vehicle, nearly hit, both subjects stopped, no offense, parties separated.
8:17 p.m., disturbance, W. Blair, loud music, verbal warning and music turned down.
8:57 p.m., suspicious vehicle, S. Pacific, vehicle in parking lot with lights on, no one at location.
10:42 p.m., assist other agency, Krause, patient having seizure.
11:08 p.m., disturbance, 2900 blk CR 2231, assist sheriff’s office, two females fighting.
June 19
12:10 a.m., suspicious person, Hwy. 80 at Loop 564, unrelated to prior event.
12:20 a.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 700 blk W. Broad, David Aveila arrested.
3:31 a.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, man tearing up papers, unable to locate.
3:41 a.m., suspicious person, subject from prior call, everything OK.
4:15 a.m., suspicious person, E. Kilpatrick, subject became angry on phone, unable to locate.
9:33 a.m., motorist assist, W. Broad at N. Johnson, vehicle with flat tire, unable to locate.
10:25 a.m., disorderly conduct, NE Loop 564, subject in store causing scene, subject asked to go to vehicle until husband finishes shopping.
10:44 a.m., drunken subject, E. McDonald at Inwood, male in store, officer advised subject not impaired
3:21 p.m., reckless driver, E. McDonald at Inwood, unable to maintain lane, observed no cause for stopping subject.
5:23 p.m., assist other agency, 1000 blk E. Broad, checked area for suspect vehicle, unable to locate.

June 20

10:38 a.m., sexual assault, Meadowbrook, information from prior case.

11:54 a.m., civil matter, Spring Lake, dog escaped and approached neighbor, no offense occurred.

6:01 p.m., public assist, 300 blk Greenville, subject requested legal information, advised is civil matter for county court.
9:33 p.m., public assist, N. Pacific at E. Broad, debris in roadway, removed.
9:53 p.m., alarm, W. Loop 564, employee.
10:34 p.m., harassment, N. Newsom, subject driving by residence cursing, unable to locate.
June 21
3:39 a.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific at E. Blair, assisting Wood County.
8:59 a.m., theft, N. Newsom, civil issue, subject does not want to press charges.
9:58 a.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific at Cherokee, two vehicles, injuries.
10:43 a.m., disturbance, 100 blk E. Kilpatrick, verbal only, parties separated, male to return to gather items and move out.
11:121 a.m., littering, 400 blk S. Johnson, debris in road, unable to contact subject.
1:41 p.m., harassment, 600 blk W. Kilpatrick, subject requested officer to speak to boyfriend and ask to leave alone, suspect will comply.
2:23 p.m., disturbance, N. Newsom, subject trying to leave with son and ex-wife’s boyfriend won’t let him, civil matter.

2:39 a.m., assist other agency, W. Kilpatrick, house fire.
8:40 a.m., information, Circle Dr., death notification.
11:22 a.m., theft, Bromberg, gas taken from vehicle, no signs of criminal activity, will check for leak.
3:37 pm., theft, Cage, subject took gas can from yard.
8:05 p.m., burglary, FM 1254, attempted break-in of vehicle.
9:14 p.m., welfare concern, Bromberg, possible threat, subjects left, no offense occurred.
11:28 p.m., suspicious person, N. Johnson, subject out of town and lights on and air conditioner running, subject’s brother OK to be on property but not in house.
June 23
2:18 a.m., assist other agency, Bowdoin, sheriff’s deputy conducting search.
4:42 a.m., assist other agency, W. Kilpatrick, smoke alarm going off, canceled.
7:37 p.m., motorist assist, 1100 blk N. Pacific, 18 wheeler with hazard lights on, out of roadway.
9:43 a.m., public assist, 300 blk Greenville, fingerprinting.
9:50 a.m., theft, NE Loop 564, no money on purchased card.
12:17 p.m., terroristic threat, N. Pacific, alcohol sale refused to subject who then made threats, requested to be criminally trespassed but unable to identify.
1:03 p.m., civil matter, E. Kilpatrick, son put belongings in yard and selling them, advised to contact justice of the peace.
1:39 p.m., public assist, W. Kilpatrick, keys locked in car.
3:53 p.m., public assist, 100 blk W. Broad, battery died, able to get running.
4:06 p.m., unknown offense, Wren, request two subjects previously kicked off property to be removed and criminally trespassed, signed by subject.
4:33 p.m., reckless driver, Hwy. 37 South, ran vehicle off road, unable to locate.
6:53 p.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk E. Broad, subject weaving, driver not impaired but a little sleepy.
7:26 p.m., assist other agency, 300 blk Greenville, subject having chest pains, did not want to go with EMS.
