9:02 a.m., assist other agency, S. Pacific, subject left vehicle, walking, officer eventually detained subject and transported for treatment.
12:13 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, subject reported vehicle in front backed into his vehicle.
2:15 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, everything OK.
2:31 p.m., found property, Sue Lane, phone left in vehicle, returned.
