6:12 a.m., reckless driver, W. Patten at Hogg, vehicle not stopping, vehicle stopped, subject arrested, Zaqueo Alejo Jr. arrested for evading arrest or detention, reckless driving.

10:30 a.m., civil matter, Goodson Cir., questions about someone using debit card.

10:56 a.m., disturbance, Graham, mother’s neighbor making threats, parties separated, no one wished to file charges.

11:29 a.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, vehicle hit while driver in store.

2:11 p.m., assist other agency, NE Loop 564 at FM 1254, look out for suspect vehicle, unable to locate.

2:27 p.m., reckless driver, NE Loop 564, at CR 2460, unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

2:55 p.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific at Loop 564, assist funeral escort.

4:34 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, vehicle hit while in store.

9:31 p.m., civil matter, Mimosa, resident refusing to come inside, demands met.

June 9

4:27 a.m., assist other agency, CR 2460, burglary in progress.

10:52 a.m., information, Wigley, subject threatened to burn down home, not on scene.

11:02 a.m., disturbance, S. Johnson, subject off medication, breaking and throwing things, able to clam down.

11:23 a.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific at Loop 564, be on look out for vehicle, unable to locate.

4:45 p.m., assault, Molly, subject requesting to speak to officer.

5:06 p.m., welfare concern, 900 blk Kings Lane, 911 hang up everything OK.

8:53 p.m., motor vehicle accident, Sycamore, parked vehicle hit.

June 10

5:08 a.m., suspicious vehicle, 2200 blk N. Pacific, subject believes he is being followed.

7:06 a.m., public assist, N. Newsom, smoke in area, none observed.

7:54 a.m., reckless driver, N. Hwy. 37 at CR 2465, unable to maintain lane or speed, spoke to driver, everything OK.

8:13 a.m., welfare concern, Kings Lane, 911 hang up, phone line issue.

11:54 a.m., information, Meredith, false reporting to CPS reported.

12:29 p.m., unknown offense, W. Buchanan, 911 hang up, two-year-old playing with phone.

4:36 p.m., motor vehicle accident, S. Line at Commerce, two vehicles, no injuries.

5:38 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, subject took food from deli, unable to locate.

9:13 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk S. Pacific, two vehicles, one subject checked by EMS.

June 11

2:09 a.m., suspicious persons, E. Kilpatrick at Wigley, group of kids walking home.

4:50 a.m., welfare concern, NW Loop 564, unable to contact EMS unit, call disregarded.

2:05 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, vehicle repossession.

4:26 p.m., assist other agency, N. Hwy. 69, three-vehicle accident.

5:26 p.m., public assist, Maxine, keys locked in truck, vehicle unlocked.

June 12

12:02 a.m., assist other agency, E. Hwy. 80, sheriff’s office.

1:13 a.m., suspicious person, E. Broad at N. Pacific, warning for pedestrian offense.

2:30 a.m., disturbance, Sycamore, everything OK.

4:28 a.m., suspicious persons, E. Broad, Union Pacific requested criminal trespass warnings for both subjects, Michael Emerson Byars arrested for Smith County warrant.

11:12 a.m., welfare concern, N. Pacific, email from ex, intended to upset subject.

2:37 p.m., civil matter, E. Broad, subject being kicked out has contract, subjects agreed to abide by it.

2:38 p.m., public assist, W. Broad at Stone, cattle trailer with open door.

3:07 p.m., criminal mischief, 300 blk W. Front, graffiti.

3:27 p.m., motorist assist, 100 blk E. Broad, flat tire, moved into parking lot.

4:27 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at city limits, high speed, unable locate.

4:53 p.m., found property, E. Broad at Loop 564, plaque.

8:08 p.m., welfare concern, N. Newsom, two females getting into vehicle, one looked as if not willingly, everything OK.

10:22 p.m., information, Bromberg, vehicle repossession.

10:34 p.m., welfare concern, E. Broad, everything OK.

11:01 p.m., suspicious person, W. Broad, subject does not have permission to be on property, advised to come in during business hours.

June 13

3:02 a.m., 200 blk E. Broad, vehicle stop/arrest, Heather Michelle Higgins arrested for driving while intoxicated.

9:09 a.m., disturbance, E. Broad, subject refuses to leave drive through, left property, not identified.

10:24 a.m., public assist, Kings Lane, vehicle blocking gate, to be moved.

10:58 a.m., public assist, Nancy, unoccupied vehicle parked in front of residence, gone before officer arrived.

1:08 p.m., motorist assist, W. Kilpatrick at Stone, pickup in roadway, no longer there.

3:08 p.m., found property, 300 Greenville, wallet found at estate sale, returned to owner.

4:30 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 200 blk N. Pacific, two vehicles, no injuries, firearm taken for safekeeping for passenger who was intoxicated.

6:22 p.m., missing person, 300 Greenville, daughter missing since midnight, sheriff’s office located subject at 11:57 p.m., Abraham Vasquez Maldonado arrested for Smith County warrant.

7:35 p.m., theft, N. Pacific, subject attempted to steal item from store, criminal trespass warning issued.

8:18 p.m., disturbance, Brenda, parties separated, criminal trespass warning issued.

10:25 p.m., suspicious vehicles, W. Broad, three vehicles pulled into parking lot after closing, officer advised everything OK.

10:39 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, speak to officer about civil matters.

June 14

12:35 a.m., warrant service, W. Buchanan, subject arrested.

1:23 a.m., suspicious person, 100 blk N. Pacific, subject laying on floor, acting confused, will be a depot waiting for train.

8:15 a.m., theft, W. Broad, garage sale items stolen overnight.

8:39 a.m., theft, Meredith, request to file charges on family member who took and returned package.

10:17 a.m., warrant service, Molly, Colten Dowdle arrested, assault family violence.

10:52 a.m., welfare concern, Front, female has nowhere to go, sister attempting to get bus ticket, told to leave property.

11:32 a.m., assist other agency, NW Loop 564, medical issue, transported with fire fighter.

1:25 p.m., suspicious person, S. Pacific, courtesy ride to Quitman.

2:12 p.m., welfare concern, W. Front 911 hang up, bus broken down and passengers waiting for new bus.

3:10 p.m., found property, W. Broad, wallet in roadway, returned to owner.

3:11 p.m., assist other agency, Phillips, locate person needing to return to hospital.

3:29 p.m., city ordinance violation, Molly, male and female attempting to sell windows, unable to locate.

7:34 p.m., suspicious person, S. Pacific, female won’t leave store, criminal trespass warning issued, given ride to bus station in Tyler.

Officers also made 59 traffic stops and answered 18 animal control calls and eight alarm calls.
