11:26 a.m., assist other agency, E. McDonald at Graham, water leak.

11:36 a.m., disturbance, E. Broad, subject causing scene in store, no offense occurred.

11:58 a.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, question about gun purchase.

12:11 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, subject possibly intoxicated, William Lucas Couch arrested.

7:31 p.m., terroristic threat, 300 Greenville, threatening text messages, no offense occurred.

8:06 p.m., motorist assist, N. Pacific, subject had flat, given ride home.

10:03 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, subject rear ended, suspect drove off, vehicle stopped, Fredrick Merlin Payne, Quitman arrested for driving while intoxicated third offense,

12:16 p.m., assist other agency, CR 2231 at Hwy. 80, one vehicle accident.

12:17 p.m., suspicious person, N. Pacific, subject being followed, wants it documented.

1:57 p.m., civil matter, Sofia, subject wants father of child removed, referred to justice of the peace.

4:41 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, subject had information for officers.

5:57 p.m., disturbance, W. Kilpatrick, subject assaulted by son, juvenile probation contacted.

1:09 p.m., suspicious person, E. Front, person sleeping on lunch break.

4:43 p.m., suspicious vehicle, NW Loop 564, vehicle parked since early in the day, party advised of options.

5:45 p.m., reckless driver, N. Hwy. 69 at FM 1799, passing in unsafe manner, unable to locate.

6:57 p.m., public assist, 4009 blk Ivey, speaking to subject who flagged down officer.

3:52 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific at E. Broad, truck hit crosswalk light.

7:10 p.m., public assist, Goodson Cir., vehicle blocking parked vehicle, vehicle moved.

8:26 a.m., sexual assault, English, reported by juvenile probation, unknown location, officer assisting victim locating house.

9:33 a.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific, traffic control for hanging cable line.

5:27 p.m., reckless driver, 1800 blk S. Pacific, child walking around in back of vehicle, swerving, unable to locate.

7:33 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, party trying to locate subject, address given is not in city, referred to sheriff’s office.

7:54 p.m., subject stopped, 900 blk E. Broad, two subjects given ride.

September 27

6:50 a.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, subject’s car broke down, wants a ride, given ride home.

9:26 a.m., theft, N. Johnson, scrap metal taken, subject who inquired was informed it was not trash.

12:13 p.m., fraud, Nuss, no crime committed.

1:01 p.m., motor vehicle accident, E. Broad, hit and run, driver returned to scene.

2:37 p.m., city ordinance violation, N. Pacific at E. Broad, five subjects standing at intersection asking for money, subjects warned they needed permit to solicit.

3:36 p.m., assist other agency, Sycamore, assist EMS.

5:07 p.m., found property, 300 Greenville, party dropped off wallet left at his home, owner located.

5:19 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at city limits, unable to maintain lane or speed, unable to locate.

6:01 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at city limits, subject vehicle almost ran others off road, vehicle stopped at residence, subject did not exhibit enough signs of intoxication to warrant an offense, advised leave vehicle parked for the night.

9:06 p.m., assist other agency, SE Loop 564 at CR 2600, road rage incident, one vehicle pulled off road, unable to locate.

9:23 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 300 blk E. McDonald, vehicle blocking roadway, vehicle moved.

10:40 p.m., suspicious persons, 900 blk E. Broad, kids acting suspicious, were just watching traffic stop.

11:18 p.m., public assist, W. Patten, keys locked in residence, able to gain entry.

Officers also made 47 traffic stops and answered 18 animal control calls and 10 alarms.
