1:03 a.m., information, 300 Greenville, two vehicles coming from Alba to Tyler, emergency situation.

2:24 a.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Newsom, two doors open, subject in second vehicle working on both vehicles.

9:07 a.m., welfare concern, W. Broad, water coming from back of property, no one around, water turned off for leak.

12:00 p.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564, no offense occurred, child was with adult.

1:59 p.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Broad, motorcycle, subject flown by helicopter ambulance.

5:15 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, mechanical problem with car wash.

5:28 p.m., suspicious person, Padgett at Tuck, man laying in road, subject was working on vehicle.

5:56 p.m., information, traffic lane closed for prior incident.

6:43 p.m., public assist, CR 2503, parents becoming unruly at ballpark.

8:30 p.m., suspicious vehicle, N. Newsom, subject just dropping things off.

10:40 p.m., unknown offense, Graham, driver distracted by phone.

11:06 p.m., city ordinance violation, 900 blk W. Patten, kids riding skate boards, told not to skate at the school.

12:16 a.m., reckless driver, 100 blk E. Blair, erratic driving, vehicle stopped, citation and warning issued.

12:51 a.m., vehicle stop/arrest, W. Broad, Matthew Brian Robinson, Mineola arrested for driving while intoxicated second offense.

3:55 a.m., assist other agency, Hwy. 69, vehicle located that ran out of gas.

10:23 a.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk S. Pacific, erratic driving, vehicle found parked.

2:42 p.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk S. Pacific, two pickups, possible road rage, one stopped, denied information.

9:42 p.m., information, NE Loop 564, group of teenagers in parking lot, asked to leave.

10:27 p.m., suspicious vehicle, CR 2724, Courtney Renee Menne arrested for warrant.

September 30

12:59 a.m., motorist assist, 100 blk S. Pacific, vehicle started.

2:48 a.m., suspicious vehicle, NE Loop 564, vehicle unoccupied.

2:34 p.m., motorist assist, 100 blk N. Pacific, hit and run, driver checked on subject then left scene.

4:04 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 100 blk E. Broad, two vehicles.

5:12 p.m., assist other agency, 200 blk NE Loop 564, tree on fire, fire department and power company contacted.

5:50 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, juvenile detained, transported by EMS.

7:11 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, question for officer.

7:38 p.m., assist other agency, E. McDonald, medical call.

7:45 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, concerning juvenile from prior call.

9:55 a.m., trespassing, E. Broad, subject came into store who had been criminally trespassed.

10:16 a.m., motor vehicle accident, Pacific at Greenville, subject in back of vehicle came out on impact.

12:07 p.m., theft, N. Pacific, people dumping trash in Dumpster, directed patrol issued.

1:45 p.m., suspicious person, NE Loop 564, unable to locate.

5:04 p.m., information, Baker, pet food donation left at shelter.

7:16 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, sheriff’s office requesting location for subject to wait for ride.

7:29 p.m., suspicious person, 600 blk W. Patten, subject pointing gun at vehicles, may be toy, unable to locate.

8:44 p.m., disturbance, 100 blk Chloe, verbal, parties separated.

11:19 p.m., suspicious person, 2200 blk N. Pacific, subject taking nap.

October 2

12:41 p.m., unsecured area, N. Johnson, open door, building cleared and secured.

6:52 a.m., welfare concern, W. Buchanan, wife left after argument, subject called from work and is OK.

12:52 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564, boat hit in parking lot, video showed it did not occur there.

2:03 p.m., public assist, N. Pacific, dog and cat locked in vehicle, unlocked.

2:36 p.m., public assist, Belcher, subject locked caller out of house.

6:24 p.m., reckless driver, E. Broad at city limits, high speed, unable to locate.

7:36 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville, subject given ride.

October 3

1:56 a.m., motorist assist, 400 blk W. Patten, vehicle’s occupants exchanging toys for pet rat.

3:48 p.m., assist other agency, CR 2425, assist residence with emergency water cutoff.

9:44 a.m., information, officer requested for eviction assistance, referred to justice of peace.

12:00 p.m., assist other agency, NW Loop 564, grass fire.

1:03 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, lost cash in store, returned by subject who found it.

2:37 p.m., assist other agency, E. Good, EMS call.

5:27 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, looking for lost dog.

5:39 p.m., reckless driver, N. Pacific at E. Broad, vehicle with trailer, no offense observed.

7:11 p.m., warrant service, N. Johnson, Phillip Keith Moore arrested.

7:43 p.m., assist other agency, N. Johnson, smell of smoke, visible smoke.

10:34 p.m., motorist assist, 100 blk NW Loop 564, vehicle in roadway, driver trying to retrieve cigarette he dropped.

October 4

3:20 a.m., public assist, subject kicked out of parents’ home, needing to contact someone, given ride to location for father to pick up later.

8:37 a.m., reckless driver, 1200 blk N. Pacific, truck nearly ran two vehicles off road, officer spoke with driver, stating he was tired and taking a break.

9:47 a.m., theft, N. Pacific, phone taken Oct. 3.

10:20 a.m., escort, 1800 blk N. Pacific, funeral.

12:29 p.m., welfare concern, N. Pacific, individual asleep at laundromat, waiting for family to come pick up.

2:56 p.m., reckless driver, 700 blk Greenville, unable to maintain lane, no offense observed.

4:31 p.m., information, US Hwy. 69, vehicle repossession.

5:09 p.m., suspicious vehicle, 100 blk NW Loop 564, vehicle parked in bank drive through to go eat, vehicle moved.

6:35 p.m., 300 Greenville, subject from prior call picked up.

6:36 p.m., suspicious vehicle, NE Loop 564, vehicle matching description of theft suspect, not the correct vehicle.

8:03 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564, woman putting merchandise in bag, Regina Evonne Mobley, Tyler, arrested for theft of property.

9:13 p.m., welfare concern, Sophia, unable to contact neighbor, subject on vacation.

9:41 p.m., information, 300 Greenville, subject having contractions left vehicle in parking lot and got ride to hospital.

10:10 p.m., found property, NE Loop 564, from prior theft case.

Officers also made 83 traffic stops and answered 22 animal control calls and 11 alarms.
