March 21
1:37 p.m., suspicious person, S Pacific; subject said three teenagers keep knocking on door, running through alley, cursing at her, officers unable to locate, subject wanted officers to be aware.
1:40 p.m., welfare concern, Isabella; subject said little boy spanked by grandmother, wants officers to check on child, all well, grandmother disciplined within the law.
2:05 p.m., civil matter, 300 Greenville; subject said had questions for officer, answered, civil issue.
2:30 p.m., found property, E McDonald; subject found cellphone, case report filed.
4:09 p.m., welfare concern, Mimosa; patient transported by EMS.
9:07 p.m., city ordinance violation, Kevin; neighbors playing loud music, subject asked to turn down, ignored, unable to locate, subject called back, said music back on.
9:20 p.m. disturbance, N Pacific; 5-6 teenagers talking about going into parking lot, fighting, other involved party left before officer’s arrival, verbal only.
March 22
10:51 a.m., trespassing, NE Loop 564; subject wants other person criminally trespassed from store, other person criminally trespassed.
12:48 p.m., welfare concern, N Pacific; screaming and banging heard for 2-3 hours, pregnant woman with husband and one child live there, parties separated, verbal only, nothing further.
3:50 p.m., civil matter, E Broad; subject sold vehicle, buyer sending messages requesting title, referred to Justice of the Peace Prec. 2 for civil issue, no offense.
4:14 p.m., information, 300 Greenville; subject wanted to speak to officer regarding 3:50 p.m. event, referred to Justice of the Peace Prec. 2 in Garland where subject lives.
4:45 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564; two-vehicle accident involving 18-wheeler, both drivers transported by EMS, case report filed.
6:14 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville; subject wanted to speak to officer regarding 3:50 p.m. event, told a civil matter.
7:10 p.m., city ordinance violation, Kevin; loud music, contact made, subjects told to turn down.
10:38 p.m., trespassing, N Newsom; subject said vehicle parked at location, taking things, subject wants vehicle drivers criminally trespassed, issued.
11:01 p.m., reckless driver, S Pacific/city limit; subject said report of motorcycle speeding, doing wheelies, almost crashed, officer said no violations observed.
March 23
12:34 a.m., information, N Pacific; subject requested to speak with officer regarding text received at work, referred to Dallas Municipal Court.
1:36 a.m., welfare concern, Bromberg; subject requested welfare check on son, last contact through text four days ago, related to March 12, 1:58 p.m. event, contact made, all well, son’s phone not in service.
7:24 a.m., reckless driver, S Hwy 37/FM 779; vehicle unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.
8:33 a.m., welfare concern, N Newsom/Lilly; shots fired call, callers said sounded like it came from home near McDonald’s or NE of Civic Center, witness said saw flash, homeowner said she’s all well, officer said electricity still in area, drove area, spoke with residents, unable to locate, nothing further.
10:42 a.m., trespassing, NE Loop 564; subject with criminal trespass in parking lot, located, Christopher D Lee arrested on criminal trespassing violation and Dallas County warrant.
11:23 a.m., found property, Kings; substance found in container in front yard, subject said looks fleshy, determined to be trash, homeowner will dispose of item.
2:32 p.m., public assist, S Pacific; RV brakes locked up, smoking all downtown, drivers said just purchased RV, are on the way back due to the issue, officer following.
3:53 p.m., disturbance, 300 Greenville; two females yelling at each other in fire department parking lot, subjects left before officer’s arrival.
4:11 p.m., reckless driver, S Pacific; speeding vehicle, unable to locate.
5:15 p.m., found property, 300 Greenville; license plate found in road, item released to owner, case report filed.
5:54 p.m., information, NE Loop 564; subject said has case that needs picked up, case picked up.
7:21 p.m., assist other agency, Greenville; fire paged, EMS on scene, subject being transported by EMS.
8:11 p.m., motorist assist, CR 2330, subject said vehicle won’t start.
9:51 p.m., vehicle stop, S Pacific/city limit; standard field sobriety tests conducted, no signs of intoxication.
10:49 p.m., disturbance, E McDonald; subject said Trey Ross assaulted her, left; subject denied EMS, said Ross back at residence, has firearm in vehicle, Trey Ross arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and terroristic threat. No record of firearms in car, tow truck on scene, Wood County Sheriff’s Office notified.
March 24
6:50 a.m., vehicle stop, Hall; Pablo Villa arrested for Harrison County warrant for driving while intoxicated.
7:02 a.m., welfare concern, Park Place; priority abandoned call, attempted to call, no response, caller said all well, was not aware called 911.
7:28 a.m., welfare concern, Landers; priority abandoned call, attempted to call back, not a working number, no one at residence, neighbor said already left for work, unable to locate.
9:57 a.m., motorist assist, Loop 564; vapor coming from back of tanker parked on side of road, driver all well, brake line broke on trailer, all well.
10:35 a.m., found property, E Broad; phone found in road, has voicemail, phone returned to owner.
1:18 p.m., harassment, Greenville; ex-employee will not stop texting subject, case report filed.
2:12 p.m., reckless driver, N Pacific/Greenville; vehicle unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.
4:18 p.m., trespassing, FM 1254; property owner wants criminal trespass warning issued to someone, person wanted out of Smith County for contempt of court.
4:34 p.m., reckless driver, S Pacific; truck pulling trailer with bumper coming off, unable to locate.
4:48 p.m., terroristic threat, Sycamore; subject said juvenile daughter victim of cyberbullying by other juvenile female from different school, bully repeatedly harassing daughter through social media, created multiple accounts to continue contacting after being blocked, father and daughter advised to document harassment, no charges wished unless harassment continues, nothing further at this time.
6:56 p.m., trespassing, FM 1254; follow-up on 4:18 p.m. event, all well.
7:01 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564; subject requested officer, other vehicle hit subject’s vehicle in parking lot, both parties still there, subjects exchanged information.
March 25
12:41 a.m., reckless driver, E Loop 564/E Broad; vehicle unable to maintain lane, constant speed, subject no longer behind vehicle, unable to locate.
2:15 a.m., vehicle stop, Second/E McDonald; no driver’s license, standard field sobriety test performed, probable cause search, no signs of impairment, no contraband, vehicle left at safe location since driver did not have license.
7:19 a.m., reckless driver, 300 Greenville; orange motorcycle speeding, following closely, doing wheelies, unable to locate, information forwarded to Wood County Sheriff’s Office.
8:09 a.m., public assist, 300 Greenville; two sets of fingerprints taken.
11:41 a.m., welfare concern, Greenville; subject wants to report ex-mother-in-law, officer to fill out call notes.
4:21 p.m., fraud, Park Place; subject said needs to speak to officer for fraud incident, case report filed.
5:26 p.m., information, Hwy 37; subject said have had reports of orange and black motorcycle doing wheelies, subject works at location, usually seen driving on specific route, dispatch let officers know.
7:04 p.m., suspicious person, Francis; male carrying stick, drinking beer, went into empty house, officer entered, looked like someone had been inside, nobody in residence, no owner information.
7:07 p.m., assist other agency, Wren; medical call, child transported by EMS.
8:15 p.m., assist other agency, E Hwy 80; grass fire.
9:42 p.m., reckless driver, N Hwy 69/city limit; vehicle unable to maintain lane, all well.
March 26
2:23 a.m., vehicle stop, N Pacific; officer in pursuit of vehicle, vehicle speeding in excess of 100 mph, driver opened door and threw something out, pursuit terminated, item located, Wood County Sheriff’s Office, Quitman PD took over pursuit, subject taken into custody by Wood County Sheriff’s Office in Van Zandt County, case report filed.
8:40 a.m., motor vehicle accident, W Broad/N Line; 2-vehicle accident, EMS, fire paged, citation issued, case report filed.
9:26 a.m., assist other agency, W Front/Stone; assist Wood County Sheriff’s Office locating juvenile runaway, known to hang out at skate park, unable to locate there, located subject elsewhere, released to Wood County Sheriff’s Office.
12:36 p.m., motorist assist, N Pacific/Cage; vehicle broke down, tow truck contacted, has vehicle, road cleared.
1:51 p.m., welfare concern, W Broad; subject said male subject would not let her out of vehicle, taking her to property she’s trespassed from, wouldn’t give identification, said potentially intoxicated male would call 911 also, female located walking, all well, dispatch made contact with male, neither in need of assistance, parties separated, no assault occurred.
7:51 p.m., motorist assist, NE Loop 564; semi truck broken down on shoulder, help on the way, northbound lane closed due to driver reporting almost being hit several times, moved out of road.
9:22 p.m., motorist assist, N Pacific; car looks to be disabled, out of gas, someone on the way.
March 27
5:24 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N Johnson/Greenville; two-vehicle minor accident, picking up road material.
7:49 p.m., vehicle stop, N Pacific; contraband located, officer said standard field sobriety test logged.
8:23 p.m., drug offense, N Pacific; drug offense related to 7:49 p.m. event.
11:16 p.m., city ordinance violation, Graham; subject said neighbors playing music too loud, officer said he blacked out before residence, didn’t hear music, only dog barking in distance.
11:19 p.m., public assist, Giles; subject said someone banging on front door, officer unable to locate anyone.
11:48 p.m., found property, Mimosa; wallet found in road, taken as found property, case report filed.
Officers also made 152 traffic stops, 12 animal control stops, and 3 alarm stops.
