7:04 a.m., Padgett, drug offense; subject said there is weed in the mailbox, unable to locate.

10:20 a.m., public assist, N Newsom; officer approached by subject asking for ride, officer said not able to do that at the time.

1:01 p.m., welfare concern, E Broad; subject said someone tried to run her over, case report filed.

1:29 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N Newsom; two-vehicle accident, information exchanged.

2:19 p.m., assist other agency, Debby; medical call, fire on scene, subject transported by EMS.

3:02 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville; subject had question about 1:29 p.m. incident.

3:26 p.m., motor vehicle accident, S Pacific; two-vehicle accident, no injuries, both parties declined EMS and need for crash report, information exchanged.

5:43 p.m., assist other agency, E Broad; EMS assist with choke victim, victim went with EMS.

6:24 p.m., motor vehicle accident, W Broad; minor accident, no injuries, information exchanged.

7:50 p.m., vehicle stop, E Blair/Wigley; vehicle towed for no insurance, expired registration, driver with no valid license, driver picked up by friend.

8:19 p.m., city ordinance violation, Kings; party with underage drinking, loud music, officer said did not observe party or hear loud music.

10:54 p.m., vehicle stop, W Broad; officer said appeared two vehicles racing, sport bike pulled over, Audi turned, drove up driveway, turned off lights. Officer ordered driver of Audi to step out and walk down to patrol car. Sport bike issued citation, Audi issued citation and given talk about danger of actions.

March 29

10:57 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 300 Greenville; minor accident, vehicles out of road, EMS and fire department not needed, case report filed.

3:20 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564; purse taken from restroom, purse located prior to officer’s arrival, no charges will be filed.

5:28 p.m., motor vehicle accident, E McDonald/Wigley; two-vehicle accident, no injuries, case report filed.

9:14 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564; subject said his vehicle was keyed, case report filed.

March 30

12:26 a.m., assist other agency, N Pacific; subject having trouble breathing, EMS on scene.

11:41 a.m., fraud, N Pacific; subject in drive-thru, officers on south and north entrance, officers in area behind home looking for subject, subject gone upon officers’ arrival, case report filed.

12:04 p.m., civil matter, Pegues; roommate issues.

12:05 p.m., theft, NE Loop 564; money fell out of caller’s pocket, case report filed.

1:17 p.m., assist other agency, S Pacific/E Commerce; signal shed on fire with subject stuck inside, train traffic stopped at 1:21 p.m., Union Pacific contacted, EMS contacted and on scene, one detained, subject released to EMS, case report filed.

3:22 p.m., motor vehicle accident, Greenville; two-vehicle accident, case report filed.

4:19 p.m., assist other agency, E Hwy 80; Wood County Sheriff’s Office conducting search with 3 people, need backup.

5:19 p.m., fraud, Pamela; subject said she needed to talk to officer about phone, online accounts being hacked, no offense.

9:00 p.m., assist other agency, Autumn Wind; EMS assist.

9:57 p.m., motorist assist, N Pacific; subject said vehicle stalled, ran out of gas, back on road.

March 31

5:27 a.m., assist other agency, E McDonald; lift assist, all well.

6:59 a.m., reckless driver, N Pacific; subject said vehicle unable to maintain lane, passing vehicles, flashing lights, unable to locate.

8:18 a.m., theft, N Pacific; subject suspected of stealing, gave all merchandise back, caller does not wish to press charges, subject criminally trespassed from store.

11:34 a.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564; hit-and-run accident, case report filed.

2:01 p.m., public assist, 300 Greenville; fingerprints taken.

4:51 p.m., reckless driver, E Broad/E Loop 564; subject said vehicle all over road, Smith County PD said hit stop sign in county, EMS requested, consent to search, contraband found, Corey Allan Williamson arrested for driving while intoxicated third or more, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, and 6 warrants.

5:22 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N Pacific/ NE Loop 564; two-vehicle accident, no injuries, case report filed.

5:45 p.m., E Broad, motor vehicle accident; subject said vehicle hit in parking lot, case report filed.

6:16 p.m., drunk, E Broad/E Loop 564; related to 5:22 p.m. event, case report filed.

10:49 p.m., harassment, Pamela; subject said he’s being harassed by an unknown person, no offense; unknown person threatening subject over text and phone call, subject said he’s threatening person back, attempted to make contact with him over phone call. Subject advised to not respond or provoke unknown person, contact MPD if further harassment continued.

April 1

6:11 a.m., assist other agency, E Broad; subject hit deer, which ran away. While working on vehicle, subject noticed other dead deer in road, TxDOT clearing from road.

6:34 a.m., suspicious vehicle, N Newsom; bicycle laying on ground near entrance for over hour, picked up, tagged under event number.

9:32 a.m., reckless driver, N Pacific/NE Loop 564; vehicle unable to maintain lane, unable to locate.

10:22 a.m., information, Sue; someone taking pictures of subject’s residence, no crime committed, person never came onto property, told to call if subject came back.

11:10 a.m., assist other agency, N Pacific; assist EMS with subject who fell.

2:42 p.m., Homicide, FM 1801/Loop 564; homicide related to 8:23 p.m., Feb. 17 major motor vehicle accident, which also had a drug offense attached; case report filed.

2:56 p.m., suspicious person/vehicle, Minwood; vehicle with loud pipes, subject got out and started running, unable to locate, female and vehicle gone upon officer’s arrival.

3:59 p.m., welfare concern, Baker; 911 call got rerouted to subject, number is a home phone, person not aware of the call.

4:19 p.m., civil matter, Cage; burglary to civil, subject said ex-boyfriend who was also on lease moved out, comes into house while she is gone, not a crime. Related to 8 p.m., March 12 incident.

5:17 p.m., theft, N Newsom; subject wants to speak with officer about someone receiving service and not paying, happened a while ago, will come back Friday to speak with original officer.

8:10 p.m., public assist, Wren; subject said baby having difficulty breathing, not responsive, EMS, fire paged, baby breathing, but EMS taking over.

9:23 p.m., welfare concern, N Pacific; subject said child left at location, subject in parking lot looking for parents, little girl said with mom who left suddenly, mom came back within several minutes distraught and thankful, said walked in to get food, had complaint, left, didn’t realize daughter in store with her, drove back when realized what happened, standard field sobriety test conducted, no impairment, mistake.

10:59 p.m., assist other agency, Bromberg/Baker; EMS request all available units for landing zone, Union Pacific contacted about train schedule due to crossing, patient taken to medical facility via helicopter.

11:56 p.m., suspicious vehicle, FM 1254; Redacted portions excepted, call notes read, “I made contact with (subject) after noticing a suspicious vehicle in the back parking lot close to Loop 564. He appeared to be distraught and after identifying him, I had a long conversation with him. He had just dropped off his son with his ex, whom he has had problems with. He advised he didn’t have any friends close by to vent to and he liked parking at the place because it’s quiet and he can gather his thoughts. He seemed in better spirits after I offered my own personal experiences, and I offered my contact information and told him to call me anytime he needs to speak to someone.”

April 2

3:11 a.m., assist other agency, CR 2840; lift assist.

6:37 a.m., assist other agency, Freeman; with EMS, agency assisted.

6:56 a.m., welfare concern, University; 911 hangup from disconnected line, residents frustrated that officers came, claims they’ve been there multiple times for 911 hangups, would not like officers to return.

9:37 a.m., disturbance, E Broad; subject said vehicle followed her, nearly ran her off road, subject became concerned for safety, returned, vehicle followed, confronted her, verbal argument occurred. Other driver identified as subject’s ex’s former partner, has been harassing and following subject for year, subject told to contact law enforcement if harassment continues, no further action.

12:39 p.m., vehicle stop, Sycamore/W Blair; animal taken to shelter, contraband located, Paula Antoinette McSpadden arrested for possession of controlled substance.

12:51 p.m., information, W Kilpatrick/Pegues; red-tagged vehicle towed.

2:01 p.m., assist other agency, E Hwy 80; one-vehicle accident, may have just struck trees, good distance off road, EMS requested, Wood County Sheriff’s Office on scene, wrecker needed.

2:44 p.m., suspicious person, E Broad; subject panhandling, leaving property.

5:50 p.m., reckless driver, W Broad/city limit; subject said vehicle unable to maintain lane, speeding, no offense observed.

9:26 p.m., reckless driver, NE Loop 564; subject said vehicle driving around parking lot with someone on hood, unable to locate.

April 3

8:27 a.m., welfare concern, N Newsom; elderly man walking on road, unable to locate.

12:30 p.m., escort, N Pacific; escort from funeral home to cemetery.

12:32 p.m., assist other agency, Shady; man fell and hit head, EMS contacted.

1:23 p.m., reckless driver, N Johnson; man with two children walking, vehicle swerved into them, causing man to push children out of the way and onto ground, area searched, unable to locate, officers met with man.

2:39 p.m., vehicle stop, E Broad; probable cause search, case report filed, warning given.

3:26 p.m., assist other agency, N Johnson; assist Wood County Sheriff’s Office with traffic 

she did not do what he said then he would hit her, slurring words, appeared stop involving drugs, case report filed.

4:10 p.m., welfare concern, N Pacific; subject said saw man spanking young boy in parking lot, left, unable to locate.

4:50 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N Pacific; subject said car hit sometime in last week, has theory about where it happened, case report filed.

5:10 p.m., suspicious person, N Pacific; subject said person with backpack and bulging veins asked him if he had meth for sale, officer spoke with subject, who was not interested in talking to law enforcement, subject told not to ask anyone for drugs.

9:16 p.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564; subject said person making threats, telling girl if intoxicated, no offense.

Officers also made 170 traffic stops, 19 animal control calls, and 4 alarm calls.
