5:12 a.m., assist other agency, Meredith Street, 911 open line disconnected, caller later advised they had fallen and were having trouble breathing, EMS contacted, patient transported by EMS.
10:32 a.m., information only, subject reported unauthorized use of credit card to purchase ink cartridges, officers spoke with reporting party in lobby.
11:05 a.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, two-vehicle minor accident, no injuries, incident report filed.
1:44 p.m., suspicious person/vehicle, Brenland, solicitor complaint involving pest control company, officer contacted subjects, no offense.
3:55 p.m., information only, NE Loop 564 and FM 1254, truck and trailer parked at location, company contacted and advised vehicle would be moved.
5:28 p.m., motor vehicle accident, S. Pacific and E. Commerce, two-vehicle accident with injuries, EMS and fire responded, patient transported to UT Quitman, Wyatt’s took possession of vehicles.
6:10 p.m., city ordinance violation, Park Place, pest control solicitors reported in neighborhood, citation issued.
8:07 p.m., theft, N. Newsom, caller reported subject removing items from dumpster, unable to locate.
8:27 p.m., assist other agency, S. Pacific and S. Loop 564, report of alligator in roadway, unable to locate.
10:23 p.m., disturbance, Peggy Street, neighbors yelling at one another, case report filed.

May 9
12:05 a.m., reckless driver, 1000 blk E. Broad, Wood County Sheriff’s Office advised vehicles racing toward Mineola, officer unable to observe offense.
11:20 a.m., found property, 100 N. Johnson, wallet and keys located and returned to owner.
2:01 p.m., suspicious person/vehicle, 900 W. Patten, caller reported 18-wheeler traveling through area, unable to locate.
8:24 p.m., city ordinance violation, 600 blk N. Newsom, soliciting complaint, citation issued.
9 p.m., motor vehicle accident, 1000 blk S. Pacific, vehicle struck pole near gas pumps, no reported damage, owner notified.
10 p.m., welfare concern, CR 2724, abandoned vehicle reported, driver later located.
11:10 p.m., motor vehicle accident, Ivy Street, vehicle struck culvert, juvenile driver released to parent, Wyatt’s took possession of vehicle.
11:26 p.m., city ordinance violation, Mimosa Street, loud music complaint, determined to be outside city limits, referred to Wood County Sheriff’s Office.

May 10
2:21 a.m., suspicious person/vehicle, caller reported black pickup parked near residence, driver advised to leave area.
6:26 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 1800 W. Broad, automated crash notification received, officers unable to locate accident.
2:09 p.m., motorist assist, W. Broad and W. Loop 564, stalled vehicle reported, driver advised they were lost and moved vehicle from roadway.
7:36 p.m., suspicious person/vehicle, E. Broad, vehicle parked in handicap spot, subjects left prior to officer arrival.
7:51 p.m., assist other agency, E. Broad, EMS assist, EMS on scene.
9:02 p.m., suspicious person/vehicle, N. Newsom and E. Blair, broken window reported, officer determined window was secured with tape.
10:56 p.m., city ordinance violation, Bromberg, loud music complaint, verbal warning and citations issued, CPS to be notified regarding unattended child.

May 11
9:09 a.m., suspicious person/vehicle, FM 1254 and E. Loop 564, trailer parked in no parking zone, driver contacted and advised to move trailer.
10:51 a.m., welfare concern, 2200 N. Pacific, caller concerned motorcycle escort driver was using phone while driving, officer observed no violation.
1:22 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N. Pacific, parking lot accident, information exchanged.
2:22 p.m., reckless driver, 1800 S. Pacific, caller reported red GMC SUV unable to maintain lane, officer observed no violations.
4:20 p.m., motor vehicle accident, W. Broad, two-vehicle accident in alley, no injuries, information exchanged.
7:24 p.m., terroristic threat, Francis Street, caller reported threats involving juvenile, screenshots provided, citations issued.
10:17 p.m., reckless driver, S. Pacific at city limits, caller reported speeding white Ford Mustang, unable to locate.

May 12
1:18 p.m., information only, E. Loop 564 and FM 1254, truck and trailer parked at gravel area, company contacted and advised vehicle would be moved within 24 hours.
3:20 p.m., public assist, N. Newsom and E. Kilpatrick, child allowed to view police vehicle.
3:28 p.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564, female experiencing breathing issues while moving couch, EMS responded, patient refused transport.
5:11 p.m., suspicious person/vehicle, Krause Street, caller reported male on bicycle riding through property, unable to locate, directed patrol issued.
6:44 p.m., information only, 2200 N. Pacific, smoke reported in area, determined to be controlled burn in county.
9:36 p.m., vehicle stop/arrest, 2200 N. Pacific, Kayle Simmons arrested and taken into custody.
11 p.m., motorist assist, 300 NW Loop 564, officers checked on vehicle, everything OK.
11:54 p.m., assist other agency, N. Pacific, EMS requested for person in parking lot, patient refused transport.

May 13

11:49 a.m., reckless driver, 2100 blk S. Pacific, caller reported gold SUV passing vehicles on shoulder, officer unavailable due to traffic stop.
12:21 p.m., civil matter, NE Loop 564, caller reported being followed by female subject, referred to Justice of the Peace Precinct 2.
1:09 p.m., unknown offense, NW Loop 564, unresponsive person reported, EMS on scene.
3:20 p.m., information only, E. Broad, caller reported rocks from trailer cracked windshield, parties agreed to handle matter privately.
3:55 p.m., unknown offense, Second Street, disconnected call regarding possible assault, officers unable to locate caller.
6:13 p.m., disturbance, Landers Street, juvenile disturbance reported, juvenile taken into custody and released to Wood County Sheriff’s Office.
10:50 p.m., welfare concern, W. Patton, abandoned 911 call received, residents advised no emergency.
Officers also made 156 traffic stops and answered 22 animal control calls and 5 alarms.
