Sept. 19
12:28 a.m., information, 300 Greenville; caller reported brother attempting to contact her despite efforts to avoid him. Information documented.
1:56 a.m., assist other agency, Nuss; burglar alarm canceled before officers arrived.
6:24 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 1000 S Pacific; two-vehicle hit-and-run accident, no injuries. Fire department responded. Case report filed.
7:47 a.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564; caller reported woman inside vehicle acting strangely. Officers found everything OK.
12:36 p.m., welfare concern, E Broad; caller reported subject threatening self. Quitman Police Department made contact with the individual.
2:03 p.m., city ordinance violation, N Pacific; loud music complaint. Subject turned the music down.
3:22 p.m., motor vehicle accident, N Newsom; minor accident on private property. Information exchanged, no report taken.
7:36 p.m., welfare concern, N Sparrow Court; EMS responded to assist elderly woman, who was transported to UT Health Quitman.
9:05 p.m., driving while intoxicated, 1400 block S Pacific; traffic stop resulted in arrest. Subject transported to the Wood County Jail. Case report filed.
10:05 p.m., disturbance, E McDonald; caller reported ex attempting to enter residence and throwing items. Subject left before officers arrived.
10:06 p.m., welfare concern, N Pacific; caller reported unconscious male. Officers determined the subject was asleep, EMS canceled.
11:15 p.m., information, N Pacific; vehicle repossession documented.
Sept. 20
9:53 a.m., public assist, Baker; vehicle unlocked for caller.
8:13 p.m., welfare concern, 500 W Broad; caller reported juveniles riding bicycles in the roadway. Officers located a group walking but found they were not in the roadway.
9:03 p.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564; caller reported juveniles sitting on the hood of a vehicle while the driver performed donuts. Citation issued.
11:08 p.m., disturbance, Goodson Circle; caller reported neighbor playing loud music and banging on the wall. Officers found no offense.
Sept. 21
10:30 a.m., found property, Mimosa; caller reported bottles containing white powder and clear liquid. Officers determined the substances were baking soda and vinegar.
11:18 a.m., city ordinance violation, 300 Greenville; caller reported neighbor spraying bug spray near property line. Officers determined no criminal offense had occurred.
4:57 p.m., unknown offense, 300 Greenville; caller reported issue involving a traded vehicle and title paperwork. Advised to contact Carvana and file a report if necessary.
6:27 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564; two-vehicle accident, no injuries, case report filed.
Sept. 22
12:31 a.m., information, N Pacific/NE Loop 564; semi lost crates in the roadway. Crates removed and roadway cleared.
6:15 a.m., drug offense, Hall/N Pacific; traffic stop resulted in drug offense case report.
7:14 a.m., reckless driver, Hwy. 69/S Loop 564; caller reported pickup nearly ran vehicle off the road, unable to locate.
8:02 a.m., motor vehicle accident, E Loop 564; debris from collision in roadway. Driver advised damages were minimal and declined a report.
8:36 a.m., suspicious person/vehicle, W Broad; caller reported finding $100 in mailbox. Advised no criminal offense had occurred.
8:50 a.m., assist other agency, S Pacific; officers assisted DPS with alarm investigation.
9:31 a.m., warrant service, Lindale; warrant served.
11:23 a.m., motorist assist, W Broad; roadway debris removed.
11:29 a.m., city ordinance violation, N Johnson; report of loitering. Officers determined subject was not loitering.
11:42 a.m., information, N Pacific; 911 call reporting possible collision, officers found nothing.
2:59 p.m., suspicious person/vehicle, NE Loop 564; vehicle parked in handicap space, unable to locate.
5:22 p.m., welfare concern, Ivy; caller requested welfare check on children. Officers found children safe with their father.
5:36 p.m., motor vehicle accident, S Pacific; two-vehicle rollover with injuries. Fire department, EMS and air ambulance responded. Case report filed.
8:55 p.m., assist other agency, Brett; officers assisted fire department with tree on power line.
9:56 p.m., welfare concern, W Patten/Pegues; caller reported unconscious man. Officers determined subject had been drinking and walked home safely.
Sept. 23
1:19 a.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564; caller reported intoxicated son was destroying property and making threats. Subject taken into custody.
9:08 a.m., found property, FM 1805; computer equipment found along the roadway and turned over to the Mineola Police Department. Case report filed.
11:29 a.m., assist other agency, S Pacific/S Loop 564; officers assisted Lindale Police Department with locating a hit-and-run suspect. Case report filed.
11:54 a.m., motor vehicle accident, N Pacific/E Broad; two-vehicle accident, no injuries, case report filed.
12:52 p.m., reckless driver, N Hwy. 69/NW Loop 564; caller reported speeding vehicle passing in a no-passing zone. Unable to locate.
2:14 p.m., assist other agency, NW Loop 564; officers assisted TxDOT with traffic control during roadway work.
2:52 p.m., civil matter, Heritage Drive; caller reported paying a contractor who failed to return calls. Referred to the Justice of the Peace.
6:12 p.m., drug offense, Giraud; traffic stop resulted in dangerous drug investigation. Case report filed.
7:06 p.m., welfare concern, W Blair; report of child running into the street. Officers found all children safely inside the residence.
7:32 p.m., drug offense, Giraud; additional drug offense associated with earlier case report.
Sept. 24
7:52 a.m., motor vehicle accident, 600 N Pacific; two-vehicle accident, EMS and tow truck responded, case report filed.
1:56 p.m., disturbance, Goodson Circle; subject upset over paperwork. Officers issued a criminal trespass warning.
2:46 p.m., assault, W Patten; caller reported ongoing medical issue related to previous incident and was referred to primary care physician.
8:04 p.m., reckless driver, 2200 S Pacific; caller reported vehicle unable to maintain a single lane. Officers located the vehicle and observed no traffic violations.
9:40 p.m., motor vehicle accident, NE Loop 564; two-vehicle accident with possible injuries. Fire department, EMS and tow truck responded. Incident report filed.
Sept. 25
12:57 a.m., unsecured area, N Johnson; open door found, keyholder notified, building secured.
3:20 a.m., suspicious person/vehicle, CR 2724; officer checked suspicious vehicle, everything OK.
6:04 a.m., information, S Pacific; train blocking all railroad crossings, Union Pacific notified.
7:11 a.m., driving while license invalid, Molly Lane; traffic stop resulted in arrest. Subject also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a dangerous drug and two additional drug offenses.
7:54 a.m., information, Bluebird; vehicle repossessed.
10:39 a.m., drug offense, Giraud; traffic stop investigation resulted in dangerous drug case report.
10:42 a.m., information, N Pacific; information documented.
2:21 p.m., information, Graham; caller requested to speak with the chief, information forwarded.
7:46 p.m., welfare concern, NE Loop 564; caller reported friend may have killed someone. Case report filed.
10:03 p.m., assist other agency, S Pacific/city limits; officers assisted with ambulance traveling without emergency lights.
