The Mineola defense swarms Winnsboro in last Friday’s 61-34 loss. Winnsboro broke open a close game late in the first quarter with a 22-point run. The Lady Jackets are 3-2 in district play after dropping both contests last week, including a 53-43 loss at Mt. Vernon. Mineola had a bye Tuesday and closes out the first half of district play Friday on the road at Mt. Pleasant Chapel Hill. The second half of district play starts Tuesday at Quitman.
