Osbourn released after guilty plea
The following guilty pleas and sentences were entered in 402nd District Court Oct. 12 and 13:
Christopher Brant Osbourn, Mineola, possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram in a drug free zone, one year in county jail with 507 days credit for time served, punished as Class A misdemeanor; tampering with physical evidence with intent to impair, third degree felony, one year in county jail with 507 days credit for time served; resisting arrest or search, Class A misdemeanor, dismissed.
Kristopher Paul Crone, Mineola, aggravated sexual assault of a child, first degree felony, deferred adjudication, 10 years community supervision with 320 hours community service, $1,750 fine.
Andrew Christian McLemore, Winnsboro, obstruction or retaliation, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, eight years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $4,000 fine; assault causes bodily injury of family/household member impeding breathing/circulation, third degree felony, dismissed.
Paul Michael Williams, Winfield, Kan., possession of a controlled substance penalty group one less than one gram, deferred adjudication, three years community supervision with 120 hours community service, $750 fine and $290 court costs.
Senorino Gonzales, Longview, driving while intoxicated third or more, third degree felony, eight years in state prison and $5,000 fine.
