Pleas heard and probations revoked

The following guilty plea was heard in 402nd District Court on Thursday, Oct. 26:

Michaela April Moreno, Tomball, possession of a controlled substance penalty group three (PG 3) 28 grams or more but less than 400, third degree felony, deferred adjudication, 10 years community supervision with 160 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $198 court costs; possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram in drug free zone, third degree felony, dismissed.

The probation of the following subjects was revoked on Wednesday, Oct. 25 and sentences assessed in district court:

Daphney Ray Ellsworth, Alba, possession of a controlled substance PG1/1B less than one gram, state jail felony, probation revoked, 22 months in state jail with 71 days credit for time served.

Keandre Dewayne Dews, Mineola, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, third degree felony, probation revoked, three years in state prison with 210 days credit for time served.

Cynthia Ann Busby, Winnsboro, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, probation revoked, nine months in state jail with 279 days credit for time served.

Richard Lee Willoughby, Mineola, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, probation revoked, 12 months in state jail with 121 days credit for time served.
