Michael Jay Murphy, Pineville, La., indecency with a child exposes, third degree felony, probation revoked, 10 years in state prison with 605 days credit for time served.

Destoney Brook Minix, Longview, assault causes bodily injury, Class A misdemeanor, probation revoked, 10 days in county jail with 17 day credit for time served.

William Brent Pierce, Lindale, possession with intent to deliver controlled substance penalty group 3, state jail felony, two years in state prison suspended for five years community supervision, 120 hours community service and $2,000 fine.

Stephen William Vanscoy, Mineola, tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, third degree felony; possession of a controlled substance (PCS) penalty group (PG) 2 four grams or more but less than 400, second degree felony; six years in state prison with 437 days credit for time served.
