The probation for the following criminal defendants was revoked and sentences assessed in 402nd District Court in Quitman on Wednesday, July 19:

Sherri Lynn Foster, Yantis, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one (PG1) four or more grams and less than 200, first degree felony, seven years in state prison with 397 days credit for time served; assault of public servant, third degree felony, concurrent sentence with 446 days credit for time served.

Jodi Leigh Williams, Seagoville, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, 15 months in state jail with 103 days credit for time served.

Alex Anson Braswell, Houston, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, 12 months in state jail with 207 days credit for time served.

Maria Del Carmen Torres Regalado, Sulphur Springs, interference with child custody, state jail felony, 12 months in state jail with 77 days credit for time served.

Kelly Denise Hernandez, Mineola, abandon/endanger child-criminal negligence, state jail felony, 18 months in state jail with 216 days credit for time served.
