Shot clinic scheduled in Quitman

The Quitman ISD and the Northeast Texas Public Health District are offering COVID-19 vaccinations on Tuesday, Aug. 17 for students and parents and/or guardians in the district. The vaccinations are free.

The shots will be given at Quitman High School at 1101 E. Goode St. (Highway 154) from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Face coverings must be worn while inside the vaccine clinic. Anyone under age 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.

There is a 14-day waiting period after receiving any other vaccine.
