Brad and Linda Stone celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 22, 2024.

They met in Quitman 51 years ago at the Dairy Bar. They were married at First Baptist Church in Yantis in 1974.

They have two children, Jennifer Stone and Melissa and husband Casey Kerry. They also have two grandchildren, Henry and Madilyn Kerry.

Brad retired from Brookshire Grocery Company after 32 years of service. Linda is a homemaker. They have lived in Mineola for most of their married life.
