Jesse Tobuas Schnitzus, Winnsboro, possession of a controlled substance (PCS) penalty group one (PG1), one gram or more but less than 4, third degree felony, six years in state prison with 364 days credit for time served.
Cory Marcus Waits, Quitman, evading arrest/detention with a vehicle, third degree felony, five years in state prison with 164 days credit for time served.
Cory Dean Marks, Winnsboro, PCS PG1/1-B less than one gram, state jail felony, 15 months in state jail with 165 days credit for time served.
Joseph Randall Edwards, Pittsburg, fraudulent possession of identifying in formation five items but less than 10, third degree felony, six years in state prison with 269 days credit for time served.
