Distribution Day for the Mineola Caring & Sharing program is Saturday, Dec. 13 at the First Methodist Church Ministries Center, 612 N. Newsom St.

Volunteers will be needed throughout the week, beginning Monday, Dec. 8 from 8 a.m.-noon to sort school food boxes and unload the King’s Storehouse food truck.

Tuesday from 8-noon volunteers will be boxing food, continuing Wednesday as needed.

Thursday includes unloading food from Brookshire’s, and finalizing food boxing as needed on Friday.

Distribution Day goes from 7:30 a.m. to noon followed by the volunteer appreciation luncheon.
