Wood County district clerk’s office resumes offering passport services
The Wood County district clerk’s office staff has been designated as Passport Acceptance Agents by the U.S. State Dept.
The office began accepting applications Monday and will process applications Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Passport photos can also be purchased and processed during this time.
The fee for a passport is $35 and is a separate transaction with the federal government. The photo fee is $15 paid to the county.
The passport manager will be deputy clerk MaKayla Holt, who has had recent experience as a passport agent.
“We are excited to be able to offer this service to the citizens of Wood County,” said District Clerk Suzy Wright.
