The Wood County Grand Jury handed down the following indictments Aug. 25.

Nathan Harrison Stewart, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Sydney Ryane Armendariz, driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age.

Bobby Lee Wall Jr., theft of property $2,500 or more but less than $30,000, non-profit organization.

Jerry Lee Cotton, theft of  property $750 or more but less than $2,500 enhanced.

Jo Lynn Murphy, two counts of possession of controlled substance penalty group 1, less than one gram.

Joe Kenneth Musselwhite, two counts of possession of controlled substance penalty group 1, less than one gram; tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

Larry Darnell Moungle, assault on a peace officer.

Hunter Lee McDad Woods, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon family violence.

Shelly Jean McBride-Parnell, failure to comply with registration requirements.

Jason Allan Moctezuma, evading arrest/detention (use or exhibit deadly weapon).

Amanda Blake Dockery, manufacture or delivery of substance in penalty group (PG) 1, four grams or more but less than 200 grams.

Melissa Dawn Williams, manufacture or delivery of substance in PG 1, four grams or more.

Nancy Betty Lou Busbee, possession of controlled substance PG 1, one gram or more but less than four grams.

Jesse Tobias Schnitzius, possession of controlled substance PG 1, one gram or more but less than four grams.

Curry Morgan Noel, possession of controlled substance PG 1, less than one gram; tampering/fabricating physical evidence.

Daveon Lamar Garrett, criminal mischief.

Dean Leroy Hoffman, possession of controlled substance PG 1, one gram or more, but less than four grams.

Summer Renae Sierra, continuous violence against the family.

Sarah Elizabeth Steitle, possession of controlled substance PG 1, less than one gram.

Amanda Marie Torres, two counts of possession of controlled substance PG 1, four grams or more but less than 200 grams.

Frederick Garnel Willis, possession of controlled substance PG 1, less than one gram.
