The following indictments were handed down by the Wood County Grand Jury Wednesday, Aug. 30:

James Derrick Adams, Mineola, manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance penalty group one (PG1) one gram or more but less than four, second degree felony, July 1, 2022.

Robert Steven Lunsford, Quitman, assault of a family/household member impeding breathing/circulation, third degree felony, May 19, 2023.

Joseph Gene Neck, Hawkins, driving while intoxicated third or more, third degree felony.

Zachary Wade Newman, prohibited substance/item in correctional facility, third degree felony, July 15, 2023.

Delani Nissen, Quitman, prohibited substance/item in correctional facility, third degree felony, Aug. 8, 2023.

Sarah Jean Parker, Holly Lake Ranch, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, July 6, 2023.

Gregory Keith Roberts, Mineola, tampering with physical evidence, third degree felony, Aug. 10, 2023.

Cheryl Denise Smith, Linden, possession of a controlled substance PG1 less than one gram, state jail felony, June 11, 2023.

Adam Wesley Webb, Winnsboro, prohibited substance/item in correctional facility, third degree felony, March 4, 2023.

Hunter Wayne Weems, Winnsboro, burglary of a building, state jail felony, May 18, 2023.

Jordan Coyne, Hawkins, possession of a controlled substance PG1-1B less than one gram, state jail felony, May 11, 2023.

The following case was brought through information and waiver of indictment.

Bobby Matthew Reeves, Lane, Okla., possession of a controlled substance PG1-1B one gram or more but less than four, third degree felony, April 6, 2023; possession of a controlled substance PG1-1B four grams or more but less than 200, second degree felony, Aug. 17, 2023.

Reeves was previously indicted in July for marijuana possession.
