Antonio Dewayne Berry, of Quitman, manufacture/delivery of controlled substance penalty group (PG) 1 more than four grams and less than 200 grams – first degree felony; tamper/fabricate physical evidence; third degree felony.

Ryan Alan Couch, of Grand Prairie, hinder apprehension/prosecution of known felon; third degree felony.

Ricky Grant Dacus, of Hawkins, manufacture/delivery of controlled substance PG 1 more than four grams and less than 200 grams; first degree felony.

Chance Hunter Davis, of Quitman, prohibited substance/item in correctional facility; third degree felony.

Terry Shane Davis, of Winnsboro, possession of controlled substance PG 1, less than one gram; state jail felony.
