Sgt. Cox, agency assist, CR 2220; subject went voluntarily with EMS for treatment, while deputies were on scene, subject’s husband shot himself inside the RV, CID notified

September 18

Sgt. Cox, agency assist, CR 2220; subject went voluntarily with EMS for treatment, while deputies were on scene, subject’s husband shot himself inside the RV, CID notified

Sgt. Mayer, Cpl. Burdick, Deputy Williams, agency assist; DPS in pursuit of vehicle, drove through fence, occupants fled on foot, deputies assisted in search, not located.

September 19 

Sgt. Mayer, Cpl. Burdick, disturbance, Yantis; victim did not wish to pursue charges, family violence paperwork completed.

Sgt. Mayer, Deputy Williams, disturbance, CR 3265; male recently criminally trespassed female from residence, then invited her over, kicked in his own door, pepper sprayed female, who provided text messages showing she resided there. Clayton Pasteka arrested for assault causes bodily injury.

Cpl. Burdick, suspicious male, Lake Holbrook; male offered to sell drugs, deputy observed male walking down road, when he turned, subject jumped fence, fled into woods, searched area, unable to locate him.  

September 20

Cpl. Croney, burglary, CR 3810; caller‘s daughter’s ex-boyfriend caught breaking into garage, attempting to break into vehicle, suspect fled, drill missing from residence, offense report completed.

Sgt. Morrison, Cpl. Croney, disturbance, FM 778; victim’s ex-boyfriend asked to meet her, held her at gun point in vehicle, deputies searched area, unable to locate suspect, offense report completed.

Cpl. Rich, Deputy Holland, physical disturbance, Private Road 6304; victim advised altercation only verbal, male hit head on wall, would claim she hit him, male advised he had been struck in head, refused to press charges, parties separated. 

September 21

Sgt. Williams, Cpl. Rich, Deputy Haley, warrant service, Holiday Village. Kathryn Cheyenne arrested for active warrant.

Deputy Holland, Deputy Haley, verbal disturbance, Lake Holbrook; deputies observed subject throw bottle of alcohol under vehicle, subject’s parents contacted, they were picked up. 

Sgt. Williams, Deputy Comeaux, physical disturbance, Holly Lake Ranch; caller assaulted by brother, brother stated they got into argument that did not turn physical, no injuries observed, parties separated.

September 22

Cpl. Rich, Deputy Haley, agency assist, FM 69; caller’s husband has Alzheimer’s, scratched her when she was trying to help him, male transported by EMS to be checked out.

Sgt. Williams, assault in progress, FM 2869; subjects advised nothing physical occurred, caller advised he meant to say he was threatened, not assaulted.

Deputy Comeaux, theft; someone had free puppies on Marketplace, requested deposit, caller provided deposit, seller never showed up, will not return messages, offense report completed.

September 23

Deputy Smith, disturbance, CR 2153; victims advised male pointed shotgun at them. Demtric Lewis arrested for felon in possession of firearm, deadly conduct.

Cpl. Rapp, harassment; caller advised male trying to contact her through email even though she sent message telling him to stop, incident report completed.

Deputy Skinner, violation of protection order, FM 17; victim received message from female who he had protection order against, case forwarded to investigations.

September 24

Sgt. Cox, Cpl. Rapp, Deputy Skinner, vehicle accident, Alba; vehicle returned as stolen, driver advised she was given vehicle at gas station. Tammy Miller arrested for unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

Cpl. Rapp, suspicious person, Hwy. 80; train personnel advised male sleeping on top of train car, subject advised he was trying to get a ride to California, subject transported by EMS to receive treatment.

Sgt. Mayer, reckless driver; vehicle kept driving by house at extreme speeds, almost hit him and his dogs walking in roadway, vehicle then stopped, began yelling at subject, vehicle located on later call. 

Sgt. Mayer, Deputy Smith, suspicious circumstance, CR 2298; male on boat and occupants of vehicle got into heated argument, firearm possibly displayed, Mineola PD located vehicle, detained occupants, all the occupants were juveniles, firearm located inside vehicle, deputies waiting to speak with victim to see if he wishes to press charges.
