November 12
Deputy Hammond, warrant service, Adult Probation. Avery Hartness arrested on active warrant.
Deputy Haley, warrant service, Adult Probation. Russell Melton arrested on active warrant.
Deputy Swann, harassment, Hawkins; caller at restaurant, when person discovered they were there, they began to harass him, suspect sprayed gasoline on victim’s vehicle, store manager advised they should have security footage of incident, follow up will be completed.
Deputy Tustin, suspicious circumstance, CR 2632; deputies were made aware suspect possibly wrecked vehicle on FM 49, deputy located vehicle, contacted driver, 6.6 grams of a crystal-like substance located on his person. Jimmy Cunningham arrested for possession of controlled substance.
November 13
Deputies, agency assist, CR 3448. Game wardens had subjects flee on four-wheelers, deputies located one suspect, taken into custody.
Deputies, Mineola PD, DPS, shots fired, CR 2436; caller advised he was shot and he shot his wife, deputies discovered the call to be fake.
Deputy Williams, found cow, CR 4450; two cows showed up on caller’s property, had been in area several days, have been put up until owner is located.
November 14
Deputy Gloar, Deputy Vanatta, disturbance, Holly Lake Ranch; victim had been assaulted by husband who was intoxicated. Donald Isringhaus arrested for assault family violence.
Sgt. Rich, Deputy Beck, disturbance, CR 1590; victim advised she and boyfriend got into argument, he assaulted her. James Henderson arrested for assault family violence.
November 15
Deputy Hammond, traffic stop, CR 1919; driver, Lynn Jones arrested for possession of controlled substance.
Deputies responded multiple times to cows out on Hwy. 154; contacted neighbors who advised cow owners left gate open while driving the property; advised they would contact owners.
November 16
Sgt. Williams, Deputy Hammond, disturbance, CR 1807; caller stated child’s mother making suicidal statements, grabbed knife, got knife away from female, transported to receive treatment.
Sgt. Williams, Deputy Whisenhunt, open door, FM 1804; deputies cleared residence, no one located, drum set missing, offense report completed.
Deputy Way, Deputy Beck, disturbance, CR 1660; caller and wife in argument, she threw mirror at him. Jennifer Riley for assault family violence.
November 17
Deputy Swann, theft; moving truck came to residence, took all items, Hawkins PD advised subject had to come in person to make report, offense report completed.
Deputy Swann, welfare check, FM 1801; caller delivered groceries to residence, person told her to throw groceries at residence, Adult Protective Services contacted, advised subject refused help previously.
Lt. Morrison, Deputy Haney, agency assist, Hwy. 154; CPS removing children from residence, one parent had warrant. Alan Thomas on active warrant.
November 18
Deputy Swann, theft; victim fishing at Lake Holbrook, while away from truck, someone stole fishing rods.
Deputy Swann, violation of bond conditions; caller received texts from person with active bond conditions preventing her from communicating with victim, screenshots of texts provided, offense report completed.
Sgt. Skinner, Deputy Williams, warrant service, Alba. Ronnie Douthit on active warrant.
November 19
Lt. Milbourn, traffic stop, Hwy. 154; the driver, Melanie Wilson, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
Deputy Whisenhunt, welfare check, CR 2462; deputy located subject deceased inside residence.
Disturbance, Hwy. 37; caller’s friend was throwing items around residence causing damage, suspect, Jason Bearden, arrested on two active warrants.
November 20
Capt. Chilson, harassment; for the last several months victim’s neighbor has been walking down his nearby county road yelling and cussing at him, will provide video footage, offense report completed.
Deputy Way, disturbance, CR 1975; caller’s ex-girlfriend stealing items from property, deputy spoke with female who provided receipts for items she was taking, no offense occurred.
Deputy Smith, panhandling, Loop 564, Mineola; subjects with group in Dallas informed panhandling is against county ordinance.
November 21
Deputy Swann, possible scam, caller believes elderly female has paid large amount to people taking care of her, Adult Protective Services contacted.
Sgt. Cox, gun shot wound, CR 4490; caller was shooting metal target when something struck him in the leg, EMS transported subject to receive treatment.
Deputy Williams, injury to a child, CR 3270; CPS contacted.
Sgt. Skinner, traffic stop, FM 515; driver, Eric Russell, arrested for possession of controlled substance.
November 22
Sgt. Cox, Deputy Swann, suicidal subject, CR 4878; caller’s husband made threats to harm himself, subject advised he was taking a break, did not want to harm himself.
Deputy George, Deputy Holland, suspicious circumstance, Holly Lake Ranch; EMS advised patient stated their injury was caused by their husband, victim stated she could not remember what happened, changed her story multiple times, advised to make a report once she had been treated and could remember what happened.
Disturbance, CR 4878. Dotta Ledbetter arrested for assault family violence.
Sgt. Skinner, Deputy Williams, disturbance, CR 4586. Catherine Watson arrested for assault family violence.
November 23
Deputy Hammond, possible harassment; caller discovered male subject had been messaging her juvenile daughters, found out he was a sex offender, case forwarded to investigations.
Deputy Hammond, terroristic threat; subject stated ex-wife’s son made threat to harm him, offense report completed.
Deputy Hammond, possible harassment; caller received explicit image from ex-boyfriend’s friend, offense report completed.
Deputies performed warrant service, FM 1799. Ronald Polley arrested on active warrants.
Deputy Tustin, structure fire; homeowner attempting to heat silicone on his camper when it caught fire, fire marshal notified.
November 24
Deputy Hammond, traffic stop, CR 2128. Paula McSpadden arrested for possession of controlled substance.
Deputy Way, theft; caller advised ex-employee failed to return equipment loaned to her after she was let go, offense report completed.
Deputies performed warrant service, CR 1917. Thomas Bruce arrested on active warrant.
Deputies, suspicious person, Alba; female in caller’s yard screaming, throwing items around. Leticia Munoz arrested for public intoxication.
November 25
Deputy Tucker, Deputy Holland, EMS assist, Holly Lake Ranch; EMS advised female stated her son had knives in his room, refusing to leave to get help, child went with mother to receive treatment.
Deputy Tucker, Deputy Holland, disturbance, FM 2869; two males in a vehicle in a disturbance, both subjects stated they were arguing, nothing physical occurred, both issued criminal trespass warnings from the business per the manager’s request.
Deputies performed warrant service, FM 778. Cody McGill arrested on an active warrant.
Deputy George, Deputy Vanatta,, Deputy Holland, disturbance, CR 3114; family member arguing with other family members, parties advised nothing physical took place. Joseph Clayton arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
