July 29
Deputies performed a warrant service on County Road 1560. Cody Heaton was arrested on an active warrant.
Deputies performed a warrant service at the jail. Gregory Coates was arrested on an active warrant.
Deputy Vanatta responded to a theft on Hwy 182. The caller advised someone stole a tool from his property. The tool was later recovered and returned to the owner.
July 30
Deputies responded to a disturbance on Hwy 37. The caller advised he and his girlfriend got into an argument and he pulled over to calm down. When the female exited the vehicle, she took the key fob with her, leaving two children unattended inside the vehicle without air conditioning. The caller attempted to retrieve the key fob, and a physical altercation ensued. Khamis Madit was arrested for assault by contact.
Deputies responded to a shots fired call on County Road 1859. The victim advised his neighbor climbed over his fence and shot multiple tires on his vehicle before fleeing the scene. A warrant was issued for the suspect.
Sgt Rich, Deputy Vanatta and Deputy Nichols performed a warrant service on County Road 1859. Ronald Norenberg was arrested on an active warrant.
Deputy Vanatta and Deputy Nichols performed a warrant service on Hwy 69. Alisha Harris was arrested on an active warrant.
July 31
Deputy Way responded to a criminal trespass on FM 852. The caller advised he wanted a neighbor issued a criminal trespass warning. The neighbor was issued the warning.
Deputies performed a warrant service on County Road 4510. Heather Lindley was arrested on an active warrant.
Aug. 1
Deputy Haney and Deputy Netherland responded to an animal bite on County Road 2260. The caller advised his dog had been acting aggressively during the week and bit his child.
Deputy Williams and Deputy Knox responded to an overdose. The subject took a large quantity of pills and was transported by EMS to receive treatment.
Deputy Haney and Deputy Netherland responded to a suspicious person on County Road 3600. After further investigation, deputies located a firearm and narcotics on the subject. Richard Hammonds was arrested for unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance.
Aug. 2
Deputy Smith responded to an assault on County Road 3954. The caller advised he had been assaulted by his wife. The caller provided an audio recording of the disturbance but did not wish to pursue charges.
Deputy Way took an assault report in the lobby. The victim advised she got into an argument with her boyfriend, who threatened her if she left the vehicle. While they were driving home, the boyfriend assaulted her multiple times. An offense report was completed.
Deputy Williams, Deputy Haney and Deputy Netherland responded to a disturbance on County Road 1858. After further investigation, it was determined the female bit the male on the shoulder. Roan Sharber was arrested for assault-family violence.
Aug. 3
Sgt Williams and Deputy Hammond responded to an assault on County Road 4150. Aaron Willingham was arrested for assault-family violence.
Deputy Nichols took a debit card abuse report by phone. The caller advised a friend was supposed to mail him the card but instead used it to make purchases. An offense report was completed.
Aug. 4
Sgt Williams responded to a theft on FM 14. The property owner advised someone stole a motorcycle during the night. The motorcycle was entered as stolen.
