Sept. 23
Sgt. Williams, Deputy Hammond, burn ban violation, CR 4294. After investigation, male transported to receive treatment.
Cpt. Milbourn, Lt. Morrison, Deputy Hammond, suicidal subject, Holiday Village. Caller said husband sent concerning messages, could not locate him. Deputies searched multiple areas, located subject walking on Hwy. 154. Subject returned to residence.
Cpt. Milbourn, Lt. Morrison, Deputy Hammond, burglary, Hwy. 154. Deputies observed broken window at residence, made entry. Report completed.
Deputy Vanatta, violation of protective order call. Caller said subject continued contacting them through social media on multiple occasions. Screenshots provided, offense report completed.
Sept. 24
Sgt. Williams, Sgt. Rich, Sgt. Espinoza, physical disturbance, CR 4420. Caller said male breaking windows at residence, attempting to strike son with hammer. Video footage provided. Stanley Caldwell arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Agency assist, FM 1799. Dispatch received call regarding one-vehicle accident. Deputies located vehicle wrapped around telephone pole, driver conscious. Driver transported by medical helicopter to receive treatment.
Sept. 25
Deputy Williams, Deputy Haney, terroristic threat, CR 2231. Caller said subject threatened multiple family members and responding officers. Subject located on property. Bhtoschi Holland arrested for two counts of terroristic threat family violence and terroristic threat.
Sept. 26
Sgt. Cox, Deputy Swann, disturbance, FM 14. Matthew Gaither arrested for assault family violence.
Deputy George, Deputy Neely, assault, Quitman ER. Victim said assaulted by multiple people. Case forwarded to investigations.
Sept. 27
Deputy Swann, disturbance, CR 3470. Caller said she and child’s father argued over child. During argument, female elbowed male, scratched him in eye. Keylee Amos arrested for assault.
Suicidal subject, FM 17. Upon deputies’ arrival, subject placed firearm to head, four-hour standoff ensued. Subject eventually dropped firearm, was detained, transported to receive treatment.
Deputy Knox, Deputy Netherland, burglary, CR 3170. Property owner said someone burglarized property, stole multiple items. List of missing items provided, offense report completed.
Deputy Williams, Deputy Haney, burglary, Hawkins. Store employee provided video footage showing suspect forcibly entering store, stealing large amount of items. Case forwarded to investigations.
Sept. 28
Vehicle accident, Hwy. 154. Deputies provided CPR until EMS arrived. One subject later pronounced deceased.
Deputy Whisenhunt, Deputy Hammond, physical assault, Jarvis College. Caller said active assault occurring on campus. Deputies determined assault occurred several days earlier. Offense report completed.
Sept. 29
Deputy Whisenhunt, assault, Jarvis College. Caller said came to speak with girlfriend, she became upset, pushed him. Caller believes girlfriend also keyed vehicle. Offense report completed.
Criminal trespass, Hwy. 69. Christopher Rambsel arrested for criminal trespass.
Deputy Whisenhunt, Deputy Nichols, stalking call, CR 2766. Caller said male stalking wife, sending him packages. Male issued trespass warning.
Sgt. Rich, warrant service, Quitman. Dylan Quick arrested on active warrant.
