Deputy Vanatta, suicidal subject, FM 14. Caller said customer entered store requesting EMS, making statements about self-harm. Subject transported by EMS to receive treatment. 

Deputy Holland, theft report in lobby. Victim said recently lost wallet, someone contacted her saying they had it but had not returned it. Deputies contacted subject in possession of wallet, who said it would be returned later that day. 

Oct. 8 

Deputy Hammond, burglary, FM 17. Property owner said arrived at residence, found back door open, house had been searched. Incident report completed. 

Sgt. Williams, Deputy Whisenhunt, disturbance, CR 2503. EMS said disturbance occurred while on scene, one subject had visible injuries. Victim declined to provide details. 

Sgt. Rich, Deputy Vanatta, Deputy Nichols, warrant service, CR 1681. Sterling Marino arrested on active warrant. 

Deputy Vanatta, reckless driver, Hwy. 69. Deputies located vehicle, conducted traffic stop. Edward Smith arrested for possession of a controlled substance. 

Oct. 9 

Agency assist, FM 1804. Game wardens said six subjects fled into nearby woods. Following search, three subjects located, remaining three identified. 

Deputy Haney, assault report by phone. Caller said hospitalized after being assaulted by boyfriend. Offense report completed. 

Oct. 10 

Deputy Way, Deputy Neely, burglary report by phone. Caller said vehicle had flat tire, left overnight along roadway. Upon return, discovered broken window, missing purse. Incident report completed. 

Sgt. Cox, Deputy Way, Deputy Neely, disturbance, PR 6645. Victim said suspect pushed him to ground, fled before deputies arrived. Victim transported by EMS to receive treatment. Offense report completed. 

Sgt. Cox, Deputy Way, Deputy Neely, disturbance, Hawkins. Lakisha Battee arrested for assault family violence. 

Warrant service, CR 1676. Carl Hughey arrested on active warrant. 

Oct. 11 

Deputy Swann, terroristic threat, PR 6645. Caller said neighbor drove up in vehicle, pointed firearm at them. Video footage to be provided. 

Deputy Swann, missing person, FM 69. Caller said husband missing from residence. Coke FD located subject, returned him home. 

Warrant service, FM 1254. Jeremy Chupp arrested on multiple active warrants. 

Oct. 12 

Sgt. Rich, Deputy Vanatta, Deputy Nichols, suicidal subject. Caller said subject located with gunshot wound. Deputies assisted EMS until subject transported to receive treatment. 

Deputy Vanatta, Deputy Nichols, 911 abuse, FM 1799. Subject called 911 22 times without apparent emergency. Christopher Freeman arrested for abuse of 911. 

Deputy Nichols, animal bite, CR 2333. Information collected, report to be completed. 

Oct. 13 

Sgt. Espinoza, Deputy Whisenhunt, welfare check, CR 2220. Caller said elderly female walking around confused. Family member contacted, said female would be taken to hospital for treatment. 

Deputy Nichols, request to speak by phone. Caller said protective order in place for him and children, but subject continued contacting them. Investigation determined caller and children were not included in protective order.
