Rojas earns lone top medal in district tennis

Mineola’s Nathan Rojas took first place in the District 13-3A tournament in boys singles held last week in Quitman. Rojas took the boy’s singles competition and was the only Wood County athlete to win a first place medal at the district meet in a tournament that was dominated by Mount Vernon and Harmony. more
